We love the Omni! It is such a great location in Charlottesville and it's so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory bar and having a bite of dinner while watching people dance and walk by! Great atmosphere!

Super nice and friendly employees and extremely nice hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice it’s way nicer than it looks

Shawn in the front desk was amazing! So helpful and explained everything to us. It was a great first time experience. The room was clean, updated, and the beds slept amazing!

The Omni is my favorite Hotel to stay when I am in Charlottesville. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I love the central location to downtown.

Everything was fine.. the only issue we had was a fire event at 2:30 in the morning on a cold cold night . We were out in the freezing cold for over an hour. Now, I’m overwhelmingly grateful it was nothing serious and we were all able to reenter our rooms but I feel there should have been some sort of apology.. offer of some kind. In any event, we will probably stay here again.

Their recent updates are great! Room was super clean and the staff is very friendly/helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Pricey, but incredible location next to pedestrian mall and easy drive from Highway. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean.

I had a sick child and had to cancel. I was refused a refund. There goes 600$ because i didn't bring a sick kid

The hotel is nice and is clean. The rooms are good. The pillows were a little weak. Didn’t have hot water in my room when I went to shower. I was never asked how my stay was when I checked out. It was my first stay with an Omni.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby was so light and inviting. Bar area was great & so inviting. All of the staff we encountered were so very accommodating. Our room was lovely and clean & the bed was so comfy. ❤️
