博那酒店(L'Hotel de Beaune)

the hotel is in a perfect location for the beautiful heart of Beaune. We received a delightful warm welcome from Marie, all the staff made us feel right at home. It's a lovely elegant old building carefully renovated and keeping it's original charm.

We had the most pleasant stay at L'Hôtel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, kept tidy, and quiet. Nice room amenities. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Great coffee! At our arrival, we were alerted of a flat tire. It could've been a real disaster, but the front desk staff person (I believe Marie?) took charge and quickly found a solution. She went above and beyond getting this taken care of, and even walked to our lunch location to let us know the mechanic was there and was fixing the tire. (Thank you!!) The entire staff were so courteous and kind. We dined at their Bistro restaurant. Our meal was sooo yummy. OM! Destination chicken dinner. I have never had chicken that tasted so good. I am trying to figure how to return asap for that bird. My only regret is that they did not have more nights available to extend our stay. Over the years, we have stayed at 2 other well-rated hotel locations, but L'Hôtel is the best in the area!

This is my fourth stay at this excellent old town centre hotel, twice with my wife and twice as a solo traveller. As ever, the hotel was excellent, and my stay all too short. I stayed in room 1, and a feature I appreciated is that each guest who booked into the restaurant is allocated a dedicated table identified by a name tag. There is a new American bar, which works well and I would say is American/French, not brash at all. Give this is Beaune, the wine list was exemplary, as was the food. There was also gated parking which was important as I was driving an expensive red car! I stay in many good hotels but this is one of my favourites. 10/10.

We stayed at L'Hotel 4 nights as part of a tour group. The hotel is right in the city center within walking distance of all of the shopping and sights. Had a great room overlooking the courtyard. Staff was helpful and efficient. Ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning and once for dinner. Food was very good but service at the restaurant can be slow and disorganized. We were part of a bike tour group and road our bikes out of and into the hotel every day with no problems.

This high-end boutique hotel is perfectly located in the center of Baumé so that everything is in easy walking distance. It’s a beautiful, classic, small building. Our room, #6 on the second floor was very nice as was the large bathroom. It’s quite expensive for such a small town at Euro 450 and an unconscionable 35 for parking. The downside was what we regarded as very poor hospitality and management. Pretty well every boutique or higher end hotel always has some kind of welcome gift in the room, be it a bottle of wine, a fruit basket or some chocolates - here nothing at all. On top of that even though there were two sinks there was no soap and just one tiny bottle of body wash, and there was no body lotion or hair conditioner. When my wife asked for some she was told they had run out. From arrival to departure we felt like we are more of an imposition than welcome guests.

Best location in Beaune, walkable to everything. Beautiful hotel with staff they go the extra mile. Such as renting e-bikes into the burgundy wine country and getting dinner reservations. Will stay here again.
