It's even officially noted as one of Chatham County's "Historic Structures" (check the listing out in the photos)! Lots of character and plenty of space for a working trip or a relaxing one.Walk into the charming kitchen complete with coffee and tea. Think hardwood floors, lots of sunlight pouring through the windows, and a private deck with a grill. Pro tip: Make a cup and sit on the porch by the rose bush to start your morning right. There is plenty of desk space to set up shop, a wall furnace to keep you toasty and a cast iron tub to relax after a long day. The house is broken up into two spaces with two separate, secure entrances. Both spaces have access to the laundry room/mudroom area.
