宜人海灣村度假酒店(Pleasant Bay Village Resort)

Lovely gem of a Cape resort, off the beach, but full of charm with very friendly and attentive staff. Nestled away on 7 acres, this resort is full of varied and cute accomodations, from one room hotel like rooms to full, multi bedroom vacation cottages. The grounds are like one big Bonzai terrarium, well maintained with lots of fun and surprising nooks to explore (like the koi pond and the hidden shuffleboard court). The pool and hot tub are set in a verdant garden like setting. While we were there, families and kids skipped the beach (weather wasn't so good) and hung out all day by the pool. The resort served to go breakfasts and lunches by the pool which save time hunting for decent restaurants. The Chatham location was close to numerous beaches and quaint, bustling Cape towns. Best of all we're the attentive resort staff, always with a smile and story, ready to serve. Highly recommended.

Great family resort! Pride of ownership is evident from the staff via the beautiful grounds, great breakfast and lunch service, and excellent housekeeping. Make sure you say hello to the gentle giant Newfoundland, Buddy, in the lobby! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I were thrilled to get a last minute reservation at Pleasant Bay Village just outside of Chatham for Columbus Day Weekend! We brought our dogs and had a wonderful room with a deck enclosed by railings for the dogs to lay on while we relaxed in the lounge chairs with a beautiful view of the gardens! The bed was very comfortable and everything felt very new. The perfect Cape Cod get away, great location to everything we wanted to do while we were there. Such a calm place to call home for the weekend with great responsive guest services!

Top to Bottom the best Hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone made us feel like family from the second we walked through the door! 1,000 Star review. The place is immaculate and meticulously manicured and curated in and out. Every detail attended to. Oh!! How were the pancakes and breakfast sandwiches??? AMAZING. We hugged Johnny (the best) when we left. We were there for 48 hrs. Crazy.

This property is beautiful! It's extremely clean and quaint. Very private and peaceful but close to everything. We loved everything about it except for the uncomfortable bed. We were so disappointed because everything else exceeded our expectations. Honesty, this was the most uncomfortable bed we've slept in that we can remember. We travel frequently and usually bring our own pillows when we can. The bed in our room 115 was far too soft and the right side as you're facing the bed dipped to the right. So, when you're laying down, you almost feel like you could roll off the bed. Sadly, our last night left us unable to sleep at all, so after tossing and turning for a few hours, we decided to just leave rather than torture our bodies one more night. We packed up and started our 4hr journey home at 12:40am. It was a bit rough, but worth it in the long run. Now to see the chiropractor - not kidding! Fix the beds and we'll definitely be back! Loved room 115!

Beautiful, clean rooms and quiet, peaceful property. We didn’t mind being at the resort in between our other activities. It was nice to walk around, use hot tub and play ping pong. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

Nicely appointed clean rooms, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, a good value, amazing showerheads and delicious blueberry muffins! About 3 miles from downtown Chatham so you need to drive to town. If I could improve one thing it would be the mattresses, they were a bit hard for my liking, but that just may be a personal preference. Would recommend and stay here again!

This hotel is phenomenal. It was extremely clean, very welcoming, and was everything we were looking for! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is right down the street from the water. Overall, an absolutely gorgeous hotel and we will be coming back!!!

I loved the whole place. The grounds reminded me of a magical place like in Alice in Wonderland. The koi pond was enchanting and the breakfast delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man serving us Breakfast.
