The property like oks nice on the outside but the 1st room we had was dirty, furniture nasty and pee in the living room floor. Bedding was so disgusting my husband threw up. Just gross. And there were huge pickup trucks taking up all the parking spaces. The front desk employees showed no concern for us either.

Upon arrival, we learned we were required to pay for parking. $5.00 per day plus tax! Of course there is no nearby offsite parking, that appeared safe. IF Sonesta ES Suites feels they need to charge for parking they should be upfront & include it in their room charge. In stead of add on charges!

Our family stayed here in 2009 for a week (Staybridge at that time), and it was great. This time it was not great. Furniture is old and worn out-couches sink nearly to the floor. No utensils at all- not so much as a plastic fork. The shampoo bottles in the shower- 2 of the three were empty. They would only empty trash if we called, day by day. We were there 6 days. There were several questionable characters "camped out" in the parking lot, drinking beer and listening to music, up to about 10-11 pm. My family did not feel safe. The main office offered me ice- it was crushed ice (froze solid in the freezer)- not much use after the first hour. The staff at the front desk had a terse and adamant attitude, sort of "this is it-take it or leave it."
No courtesy, no smile. Overall, our stay was really terrible. *NO STARS OUT OF FIVE.

The hotel was clean and well located for Chatsworth activities. Breakfast provided was very limited compared to other hotels. Very helpful staff and service.

Krista was not only extremely kind, warm and welcoming at check-in, as she continually displayed a very exceptional attitude with each and every subsequent interaction we shared. The other Christa was also very nice and seemed to do her best to accommodate my requests. I will definitely stay there again.
