查塔努加威斯汀酒店(The Westin Chattanooga)

The Westin is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. Will definitely book again next time I visit Chattanooga.

Staff was amazing (Sonny at check in, Dylan bell hop, Dylan and Adam at the rooftop lounge, and the server at the pool. Loved the onsite dining options including at the pool. Great fitness center. Excellent location close to everything.

I would not recommend this property based off of the (lack of) customer service at the front desk during check in. I booked a room here weeks in advance because I have always had a wonderful experience at Westin hotels in the past. After traveling over 2,000 miles, and arriving to the hotel late (10:00 pm), I was told that “they over-booked the hotel” and didn’t have a room for me. I was told to go “right next door” to the Marriott (which was actually a few blocks over) as they could accommodate me. I was not offered a discount let alone a refund. The customer service was more than lacking and I was hardly given an apology for the great inconvenience. We actually had to get our car back from the valet and reload our suitcases to go to the other hotel. The Marriott was clearly an older hotel, but the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and to remedy our negative first impression of Chattanooga. I highly recommend the Marriott for their friendly staff while I definitely cannot do the same for the Westin.

The lobby and surrounding area was really nice. We got to the room and always check the mattress. The mattress was very dirty and was covered in what looked like a blood stain on probably 1/3 of the mattress. Several of our towels had mystery stains on them and the comforter had what looked like a coffee stain on it. When we told the front desk as we were leaving they just asked if we had already notified housekeeping/maintence. Given the price of the room I just had higher expectations.

They put us next to the service elevator and every time it was used you could hear it directly in our room. It sounded like someone sawing wood. Every minute or so it would start up again. It drove me crazy. It went on all day till about 1:30 am then started right back up at 6:30. So, I got 5 hours of sleep. I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, and they said “oh yeah it’ll stop at some point.” So, I ended up paying $373 for a room I could barely even sleep in.

Hotel was nice, but service was terrible! Ordered package to surprise my wife for our 44th anniversary. After confirming with 3 different people, it never arrived! When I spoke with them about it, they assured me it would be taken care of. Never happened!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay. Everyone was very nice and so welcoming

Property was nice, room wasn’t impressive for the price and it took over 30 mins and a phone call for us to get our room service

Outstanding Guest service. Kind and friendly staff At ALL levels. Great experience and we will be back
