Very friendly staff, excellent location near river, downtown, and arts district.  Rooms have just enough space to fit a couch and the hotel interior has a great eclectic feel.

Loved it! Beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful! Valet staff was exceptionally wonderful. Fresh waters in the car when delivered, trash taken out, just exceptional service. Dining was wonderful. Not sure I understand why the restaurant is closed on Mondays, but still a great experience. We will definitely stay again.

Room was clean, they had food/water bowls for my pet, the location was perfectly in walking distance between the aquarium and the art museum, loved being able to use the bikes for a bike ride across the bridge.

Lots of good stuff, but I expected a bit more. It's one of the nicest hotels in the area (and the location is great), but my friends stayed at a much cheaper hotel, which offered things this one didn't. They had cold water out front. They had cheaper valet. They had free coffee out front, but I had to pay for ours. This hotel is still way nicer, but you'd expect some more extras. A welcome snack, or gift (or something like that) to make you feel it was special and upscale would be a great addition. The room was good, but the sofa is all art. Sitting on it is a challenge unless you have perfect posture. The staff were all amazing, and the restaurant is good (Whitebird). The area upstairs is super cool and artsy, and the bar up there is nice. If the price is right, then it's a good plan, but it's a 4 star, not a 5.

Room was perfect and artwork around is so beautiful! Lots of amenities to chose from. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Always pure pleasure to stay at this property- perfectly located in Chattanooga- for us especially this trip as we attended opening at the Hunter Museum - staff, service, room cleanliness exceptional! No need to explore options.

This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were very professional and friendly. Every time they saw us in the lobby they made sure they asked if we needed anything and how our stay was going. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!
