房間很大很乾凈，寬敞時尚。離24號高速路口幾分鐘。周邊安全，綠化好，離，Rock City Gardens和 Lookout Mountain 開車5分鐘。

El personal y los otros huéspedes un tanto racistas, ya que estaba yo primero que ellos y la recepcionista atendió primero a los americanos y me dejo al final y su atención no fue de la mejor no entiendo cuál fue su problema conmigo si es por ser latina. Yo estoy pagando la misma cantidad que los otros por tanto merezco el mismo trato.

Staff was extremely kind. The TV was not working when we got to our room, and within minutes the clerk on duty was in our room and fixed it for us. Loved the toiletries provided in the large bathroom, as they were not so toxic as most other hotels. The water pressure was great as well. Room had all amenities one would need. Breakfast was very good as well with such a variety of choices. We would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Fast check in, night guy at desk made coffee an hour earlier than usual because I was up early asking when they would have it ready. Breakfast was good too. This was at least our 3rd stay here and there is a reason for it.

Staff was very friendly. Kindly answered multiple questions over our 3 day stay. One staff member saw me stopped in driveway where I was checking my GPS. She stopped her car to ask if we were ok. I was impressed with her level of consideration. Hotel is clean and quiet.
