Arrived and there was a water break in the valley and no water at any of the hotels or restaurants. Was told water to be restored by 10 pm. Returned at 9:51 p.m. and still no water. Cancelled stay and drove another 30 miles north to get a room. Now I have to get a refund for the prepaid room that I cancelled.

Pleasant. Easy to get to Chattanooga attractions and close to several restaurants, a dollar tree, and a Walmart. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a family vacation. We loved how the room was so spacious. It was also very clean. And the breakfast had so much to choose from and the food was delicious. We will be staying here on future trips!

Convenient location, large spacious room, inexpensive & friendly staff. The breakfast was better than I expected with warm items like eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc! The floor in our room was filthy, however. Also, one of the large towels had a big visible brown spot…disgusting! I just threw it on the floor out of sight. The carpet right outside our door looked like someone might have gotten sick there. B/w that & the towel I would not stay there again.

The staff made all efforts to make you come back. Breakfast had lots of variety and the area was clean. The kithen staff was supplied constantly what was needed. Front desk was supper, went all the way to help when he was needed, specially at check out. Some areas need painting and some of the sofas need repair, but everything was clean. TY.

Stayed there on Dec 2nd. Always stay here when traveling from NY to FL. Room was very nice and clean. This hotel is pet friendly. Austin at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean room good breakfast buffet. Only thing I would ask is that you tell your construction work who are staying over night to not back their diesel trucks close to the building. White diesel truck started at 5:00AM. Smell came up the air conditioning unit. Room was over powered with the smell and we had to leave by 6:00AM
