Easy check in and check out. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was just what we needed. It may be on the small side compared to other hotels but was clean and comfortable. Ac, TV, mini fridge,..everything worked. Enjoyed the pool. Cracker Barrel right next door.. It was a good price and would stay here again.

I did have a disturbing experience with one of the desk clerks before my stay . I did repirt the phone conversation and believe the issue was resolved. The management was kind and understanding and my stay was great. My needs and comfort was handled with care. The bed wasvvery comfortable and peaceful..

Bed was comfortable, sheets appeared clean, bed skirt and mattress pad stained and looked questionable. Bathroom dirty. Hair on the shower walls, on the towels, and on the floor. When I shared the information with they man at the front desk I was told to go talk with the cleaning staff on the floor we were on. I was not asked my room number or name nor was I offered any apology or help in taking care of the issue. I walked the hallways several times to find the cleaning staff with no success. I took two clean towels from the cart sitting in the hallway and left the towel covered in hair in the hallway. We then ran to the store, purchased Clorox cleaner and cleaned the bathroom. The Direct TV went out the 2nd day and was out till we left on 4th day. We did not notify the same man until we checked out due to our experience with the dirty bathroom. We cleaned the bathroom before leaving to ensure the next guest has a clean bathroom at the very least. Horrible hospitality! We do have pictures of the filth and dangerous electrical hookup for the ac and would share if Orbitz provided pic upload availability. We will find something else next time we visit Chattanooga.

I always stop at this hotel when doing long trips because it’s inexpensive and feels safe enough. Since it’s inexpensive, I don’t have high expectations because I’m just looking for a bed to sleep in before I get back on the road. I will say that the ‘hot’ breakfast is misleading as the only hot items are make your own waffles or make your own oatmeal. There’s a Starbucks half a mile away and a Cracker Barrel right next door so you have other close food options.

Breakfast is limited and goes quickly. It is understandable. So a muffin, coffee or OJ is enough for me to get going. Plenty of waffles to be made if wanting them. Also cereal and toast. The nightly price we paid was lower and worth it compared to the other hotels nearby. The price was our ultimate concern. Pool was neat and clean. Maid service friendly and hospitable. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Front desk polite and friendly. Looking for affordable lodging this works well! As for as breakfast....Cracker Barrel is directly next store and a 100 feet walk. away.

Overall a fine stay. Pool did close at 9 which is extremely early, it wasn’t even dark yet. The staff were very kind! I had family who lives in the area come by. They let us hang out in the lobby after the pool closed. Breakfast was horrible. Didn’t even have yogurt and the oatmeal options were nothing good. The area has a lot of restaurants and hotels, all within walking distance. Overall, for the price, I would stay again. I do suggest you supply a better variety of breakfast items.

Was just passing through and needed a safe, clean, affordable place to sleep. I travel with two 40# dogs, so sometimes it's a challenge to find a place that fits all 3 criteria. This property exceeded my expectations. Ice cold AC and hot hot shower were bonus. Staff was great. Shout out to Poora at the desk when i checked in. She was so nice and accomodating. If i ever am passing through Chattanooga, i won't have to guess where to stop. Thank you.
