"We stayed 2 nights for a wedding this month. It was super hot out, but the AC in the room was perfect. Cozy room with a king bed (comfortable and nice fluffy pillows), mini fridge, and big TV. It’s a quiet area close to lots of amenities. We will definitely be back to stay next time we’re in Chelan. "

"I have reserved one-bedroom suite at the Chelan Lake House one month before our trip through *********** and my credit card was fully charged at the time of reservation. I've got a confirmation message few days before our trip. However when we arrived at the Chelan Lake House at 7 pm on October 7 to check in, I was told at the front desk that the property is overbooked since October 6 (!) and they decided to "relocate" us, i.e. I had to call *********** to ask to find us other place to stay. After one hour on the phone with *********** I was told that they can't find any similar accomodation at Chelan at that time (of course, everything was already booked). So we basically were kicked out of the reserved and paid accomodation nowhere, we had to go to another town to find ourselves a place for staying overnight. I even couldn't imagine this might happen in our world. So please beware it might always happen if you deal with this property, I understand this "relocation" is a standard procedure for them."
