We had a wonderful stay here, the best experience of staying in a Premier Inn and we have been to lots. Check in was hassle free and the man was friendly and chatty, talking through everything we need to know and finding out about our stay and if they could help further (so sorry I didn’t get your name). The hotel and rooms were spotless and good condition, we slept well. Breakfast was something else. Jo, Sam and Dom, what a team! Clearly experienced in hospitality and care immensely about what they do. It showed! We were given the warmest of welcomes. Great selection and it was cooked perfectly. They asked about allergies and dietary requirements, cooked food to order for us, and just went above and beyond to provide an exception tasty breakfast. Very attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back if we are in the area again - perfect position for Chester zoo :)

Stayed in the Premier Inn Boreham last week. On arrival the man on the desk was rude, blunt and made me question where we had chosen. However, the room was good, the bed was amazing the breakfast was good, but the waitress was absulutly awesome, kind considerate, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. She made this such a pleasant experience.

Easy to find in daylight although more difficult to seewhere to turn in the dark and wet. Brand new mattress was very comfy. Sound insulation excellent and most of all, the staff in particular the breakfast team were amazingly welcome and helpful. Choice for continental breakfast was very good and chef Dominic made excellent porridge.

What a shambles Stopping at the hotel on business for three days. First morning no hot water so couldn't get a shower etc. No one in reception to report this when I left. Came back second evening still no hot water. Went to reception to be told so matter of fact no hot water as plumber can't come until the following day at 7am. I was offered a complimentary breakfast. Not acceptable for a massive hotel chain like Premier. I've just built a new hotel for a competitor and they have 4 hour call out times for all maintenance supplier's for issues such as this which I understand is the norm in the hotel sector. Dyno rod plumbing can get someone to site within 2 hours. As noted absolute shambles

The bed was as comfortable as expected. The bathroom/shower was OK, although I've experienced better at other Premier Inns. Breakfast was nice and the staff on breakfast super friendly. Unfortunately I booked this particular Premier Inn as it was advertised with Air conditioning. There was an air con unit in the room, but it was so weak it wasn't cooling anything. I reported this to the staff who said all the rooms are the same. Very uncomfortable night due to the heat

The breakfast staff were great - friendly and really cheery.😊 The Pillows were slim and firm, exactly how I like them. Room was comfortable and well equipped - however, both USB sockets by the bed were damaged and unusable.

What a wonderful Premier Inn. The staff was really lovely. The room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and such a variety to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay here and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you so much.

Good rooms if there was at least one bottle of water in your room hotel was good clean good rooms ac was not working because it was cold outside so that was fine. Stuff wasn’t ready helpful. Thank you
