Property was clean and felt safe. We were disappointed that the advertised restaurant is no longer open, and that upon arrival we were told we had to pay an additional $20/night just to park. Was very loud at night over the street (we were on the second floor), although the hotel did provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help.

Modern hotel, met our needs. I saw other reviews about noise, this was not an issue during our stay. We slept fone through the night. The airport shuttle runs from 4AM to at least midnight. To be picked up call the phone number, press 1. To be dropped off reserve a slot the day before your flight. Worked perfectly. It's also a few feet from and enterprise rent a car or a $16 uber drive to downtown. No problem.

This hotel advertises airport shuttle that is a 10 min trip and comes often. We arrived after 9:00 pm at the airport after a long international flight. I called at 9:35 pm and was told a shuttle would be arriving within 10 minutes. We waited and waited and finally were picked up at 10:20 and did not arrive at our hotel until 10:40. Also the hotel is located right next to a parking deck/bus terminal and a tractor trailer distribution with traffic all night. Extremely noisy with air brakes, diesel engines and the beeping noise that buses make when backing up. The hotel must know this noise problem full well as they did provide one set of earplugs on the bedside table for two guests. It was NOT helpful.

This hotel was super clean. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The location isn’t the best. It’s not very walkable since there isn’t much to do within walking distance. Also, there is a $20 charge a day for parking… beware. Parking was plentiful the entire time during our stay, so not sure why there was a charge. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
