We were in Chengdu visiting some extended family and chose this hotel for their large rooms and beds as well as the location since we wanted to spend some time at Tianfu Art Park. The check in and check out went very smoothly. The staff members at the counter were very friendly. In fact, everyone at the hotel was pleasant. They gave my kids panda hair clips at check in. The options for breakfast are pretty decent from pastries to freshly cooked noodle soups. We got bottled waters and fresh towels daily from house keeper. The room had some AI features, kind of like Alexa. Some functions were helpful such as turning on and off all lights, open/close curtains, checking the weather, and setting the alarm clock. The kids had some fun playing at the ball pit and slides. They also have free self service laundry. I don’t know if I chose the wrong options but the dryer takes a couple hours to dry my clothes. The only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was that our room was right above their restaurant and the smell from the kitchen seeps into the room a little. This stay really exceeded my expectations overall so I’m very glad I chose this hotel. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking in this area!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located, the rooms are new and clean with good soundproofing, and there's even a negative ion generator in the room – the first time I've seen a hotel like this at this price. There's a gym area on the 6th floor, so weightlifters don't have to worry about gaining weight while eating in Chengdu. The housekeeping staff are very thorough; they thoughtfully hung up clothes that were just tossed aside, and promptly changed toothbrushes and towels. Most importantly, they never knock or disturb you. The receptionist was very sweet. I would definitely stay here again next time.

In the morning, I was woken by birdsong, and opening the window revealed a city view. In the afternoon, sipping tea in the courtyard, sunlight filtered through the leaves, creating dappled patterns, as if time itself had slowed down. The evenings were an even greater surprise; I could see a long-forgotten starry sky, accompanied by the sounds of the stream and white noise, making all my stress melt away. Every corner is aesthetically arranged, a perfect blend of nature and human touch. 🤍 About the service: The owner and housekeeper felt more like old friends. They sent detailed navigation, check-in instructions, and even how to operate the TV. Upon arrival, they greeted us warmly and recommended local specialty snacks, Sichuan restaurants, and hotpot places. This kind of ”attentive yet just right” service made us feel incredibly respected and cherished. Highly recommend to anyone craving relaxation and seeking life's true essence.
