VGP金海灘度假村(Vgp Golden Beach Resort)

Our family went on tour for 3 days to stay in this VGP Resorts. It was a mixed experience of both excellent and a couple of disappointments. Overall a best place to holiday for the family. 1. Front Desk: The staff was quite courteous and welcomed us and allotted the rooms after showing the cottages. A refreshing welcome drink was missing. 2. Cottages: The cottages were quite big enough with the bath tubs, in some rooms, in the back open area of the room was exciting. The cots were very comfortable. However, the bathrooms needs to be updated. The House Keeping supervisors Mr. Madhu and another were very cooperative and tried to understand our needs well. 3. Swimming Pool: Quite a cool pool with a uniform depth of 4.5 ft and a small children pool. We did enjoy the pool on the second day as the pool was not operational on the day of our arrival 4. Restaurant: Food served on Al Carte was very good and tasty. The Chef and supervisor Mr. Anand enquired with us on all days what best they could serve us. They did a good job. But the flip side was the Buffet Breakfast, which was disappointing on all days of our stay. Breakfast needs improvement. All said and done, the stay was excellent for the entire family and we enjoyed.

It was a fantastic stay, I would stay. I had checked-in little late on Thursday ***** with my colleague since we had to finish our work in the office. We were allocated room in less than 10 minutes. The room was so clean and so as the restroom which had shower cap, couple of dental kits, couple of soaps, shampoo, moisturiser, water bottles(Kinley). Room has MI LED with remote, SCV cable connection, Vestar AC with remote, Cupboards, beautiful balcony etc., Coming to the property as a whole, it has beach and if you wake up early, you can see crane, crabs and most sun rise. You get complimentary breakfast ***** with your room stay (on select packages) which is so good. Loved egg omelette, bread toast, Pongal, Vada, sambar, idli etc., Coffee alone could been better. You have kids play area, log swing, net swing etc., Property is strategically located and is closely located to VGP Golden Beach, VGP Marine Kingdom, VGP Snow Kingdom and is close to Muttukaadu, Crocodile Park, Mahabalipuram etc., You’ll surely love the stay :)

Special mention to Bala, ganesh, tsunami ram-sathya, kavinilavan poppye for their good work Such a nice food Briyani was well and good Felt like a home Veg buffet was good Cleanliness good Everything neat clean Well maintained Overall everything is pakka Such a wonderful experience

Environment is good and food is good. Near to the beach and view was awesome. For stay near to the beach and view is so good even at morning is mesmerising. For family and business can visit this place and enjoy the fun moments. The food was good but not expected

All good and had a good service . Enjoyed a lot with fun dj. All good and amazing and had a good hospitality. Huge space with greenery. Nice beach view .food was good . Thanks for the great experience , and we had a great time here, will contact the same place for further events

A run down hotel, badly maintained, no service inspite of reminding, cold buffet breakfast. Staff is non responsive and does not clean up even after reminding. Forget about room service. Beach area is littered with broken glass and plastic. Dirty towels as the staff claims that it is under renovation. I booked on Agoda and feel cheated

One of the worst service experiences that I have ever had. They run you from pillar to post to get anything from a glass to a towel. Keep passing the responsibilities to someone else. They ***agers in the place ensure that you will never want to go back with their rudeness and utter lack of understanding to the word called service.
