Im Rahmen einer Rundreise waren wir in diesem Hotel; leider viel zu kurz! Der Empfang im Hotel mit Muschelkette, "Punkt auf die Stirn" und Begrüßungsgetränk war sehr herzlich und nach langer Fahrt sehr angenehm. Die Koffer wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gutes Bett! Das Bad könnte eine etwas gründlichere Reinigung mit Kalkrriniger gebrauchen. Aber für indische Verhältnisse alles gut. Einen Föhn habe ich vermisst (hätte *** aber sicher an der Rezeption bekommen können) und ein zusätzliches kleines Handtuch habe ich noch geordert. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich um die Gäste. Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet mit guter Auswahl und schmackhaft. Alles sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Auch für den westlichen Gaumen eine gute Auswahl. Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Speisesaals ist gut und modern. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Bar, die wir auch absolut empfehlen können. Der Pool des Hotels hat eine schöne Aussicht, ist aber recht klein. Die ans Hotel angerenzende Einkaufsmall bietet eine wunderbare Shoppingmöglichkeit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Hotel und können es weiterempfehlen!

Regenta Royal Orchid Hotels always meets or exceeds expectations. We have stayed with them and have put up our guests with Regenta. No regrets ever: MPG Mahabaleshwar, Kalyani Nagar Pune, Central Deccan Chennai… All great so far.

Never ever thought that this is how Royal Orchid group maintains the hotel. I never had a bad experience with them.The hotel rooms are just pathetic. Cockroaches welcomed us when we checked in the hotel. After complaining they did some paste control but with no respite. Had to change the room but with similar experience. The room was smelly and felt like they have not maintained it for long. Even the switchboards were broken or worn out. Royal orchid please please take care of this hotel.

Worst place to stay. Bad experience I had in my life. It is a luxury hotel by outside, but if you go and check inside of the rooms you will definitely hate it. Don't go for this if you need a good stay.

Being part of Royal Orchid group, I expected it to be clean and tidy but it turned out to be a nightmare. Place is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets and towels were stained (probably they were not changed) with many hair strands on them, even worn off. Sofa and chair were heavily stained and fabric is too worn. I stayed here just for a night and had a terrible experience. It is having centralised air conditioning and someone was smoking probably in adjacent room and my room was also stinking. Stains all over the walls, mould on ceiling and washroom was hideous. Stained bathroom and with flies in the bathroom is the worst thing you expect in a Hotel. It is a budget hotel and should not be considered for leisure stays. I booked it as it was a Royal Orchid hotel without checking the reviews while I later regretted.
