We had a pleasant stay for a 4-day, 3-night business trip.

Upon checking in late on 14th April at 10 PM, I found the room to be strongly smelling, which the hotel staff attributed to recent pest control activity. They also mentioned that ongoing renovation work could be contributing to the odor. Later that evening, during dinner, we noticed baby cockroaches crawling on the dining tables. After the meal, we found a mosquito in the sweet dish. While the staff apologized, it was a clear sign of poor hygiene. The following morning at breakfast, I discovered a hard eggshell fragment in a pancake and a piece of thread in an idli, which was extremely concerning.

very worst maintenance. smart key not worked properly. bed not clean. dinner, breakfast no varieties. swimming pool full of Dove feathers. Horrible stay. Reception person is the only good thing i seen.

Location of property was nice.The room size was a little small if you are travelling with family.The food quality was good as well.The staff and housekeeping were able to provide timely help

Its the worst hotel to stay uncourteous staff , Managers with lack of sensitivity to customer concern .Front office who doesn't pick up call .The AC of hotel doesn't work and they don't even respond when complained . Front office staff doesn't listen to managers, managers are ill equipped to handle situation .Please avoid visiting this hotel

good rooms in reasonable rates with good food. overall excellent experiance. rooms are cleaned regularly.

Good place and location for staying food is very nice staff are friendly and attentive . Even at midnight any compliance was attended promptly

Stay was comfortable though there was metro work going on in the area. Food was good and services were ok.

The stay was good however the pool was under maintenance which was not reported while booking and also room service is very very slow
