Issues with receptionist. Rude behaviour and misconduct. Was not pleased with how the services was provided. The receptionist phone number was busy for more than a hour and all queries were to be raised directly at the lobby desk by guests, walking directly to the desk from rooms. Receptionist name is Vinoth and this is from iyyapanthangal branch

Seems to be ok for night ( last minute deal). Early check in was allowed. Food was good but costly for this type of hotel. No South Indian food. Only Chinese was there. Furnitures are old. However room is clean.

Receptionist behaviour is rude and they not immediately allotted the room After check out also they won’t let me to move Ask me to wait for checking

We checked in at night 12:02AM and the check out was 11AM we slept and thy woke us at 12 PM and asked us to pay for that 1 hour ₹1000 we were shoked

location good. restaurant good. Amenities like toilet tissue roll, soap, glass for drinks water after repeated request.

This hotel, that is ashok residency, is a fantastic hotel to stay in. It has its own restaurant, whose food is very tasty, so issue of food is solved. Car is also arranged by the hotel management for sightseeing. The behaviour of the staff is also very polite and the room service and housekeeping service is excellent

it was a comfortable stay in budget and the behaviour of staff was polite, the hotel features an in-house restaurant and a bar, and the location is close to main road and most of the educational institutes, would definitely recommend and will stay here again if visiting chennai☺️

It is a good budget stay, close to saveetha dental and ramachandra medical college. Close to other restaurants.

The property is well maintained and the staff were very cooperative. The food was also very delicious. Overall a very good place to stay

Air conditioner was not so much good to control room temperature & Fully disturbed from the lift gate sound every 1minute if room on top floor they need to upgrade acs
