諾拉克酒店(Le Noirlac)

Retenu cet hôtel un samedi soir avec mon fils ; belle chambre en rez-de-jardin, literie et sdb impeccable. Le cadre, par cette belle journée ensoleillée est remarquable et nous a permis de nous détendre après un long voyage en voiture. Une visite le lendemain à l'abbaye de Noirlac juste à proximité de l'hôtel fut un moment appréciable. Je n'oublie pas le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant très sympathique et prévenant. En résumé nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement dont je connaissais le restaurant mais je n'avais pas encore pratiqué l'Hôtel. Je sais maintenant où descendre lors mes prochaines visites à Saint-Amand et je le recommande à ma famille et mes relations.

Un petit bravo à une dame de la salle du restaurant à qui j'ai demandé un café avec une tasse pour gaucher et qui m'a servi un café avec une tasse pour gaucher. Bravo à elle et aux autres dames aussi

Hotel de 3 estrellas que no se sabe de dónde salen. Bastante cutre. Es lo que pasa con los hoteles en Francia. En general están "sobreestrellados" El cuarto de baño estaba sucio (humedades en la ducha, polvo por el suelo) y el armario medía unos 40cm más o menos. Era más bien un nicho. Necesita una puesta al día con urgencia. Tiene piscina, pero mejor no meterse que el agua está turbia.Además es super pequeña (la foto del perfil engaña) Desayuno para olvidar. Básico no, lo siguiente. Lo mejor son las vistas al parque público con un lago que está al lado. El restaurante para cenar es correcto, con una carta muy limitada.

Avoid!!! Very rude ovner. Rooms very out of style, smell dump, unclean...shame as the place itself is lovely. The lady in reception shouldn't work in customer service...family stay over turn into nightmare....be careful, check the room before checking otherwise over will try to charge you for previous damage... Rooms very small, definitely not for family holiday!!!

This hotel looks lovely on the photos but in reality it was far from it. Our ground floor room overlooked the lake so I opened the window and leant out to get a better view. It was then I found out that the window sills and ledges had just been painted. I reckon they used good quality paint as it took me ages to scrub off. My French is not good enough to suggest that a "wet paint" sign was a good idea and the receptionist spoke no English. We decided to go for a swim but soon changed our minds once we saw the pool. It had cloudy water which was dirty and full of dead insects. The entrance and bar area smells of sewage (my wife said not to use the word s**t!) Trouble is, this area is where they set up for breakfast. Speaking of which, I fancied the pancakes which I prefer warm so I managed to heat a few in the toaster and retrieve them with a pair of tongs (large toaster, tiny pancakes) I was halfway through the first one before I noticed that they had spots of green mould on the underside. The hotel didn't charge for one breakfast. On the desk in our room was a customer survey form to fill out but I don't think they really wanted it completed as there was no pen. Just as well really. The evening meal was very good although I am not sure why the French think it's ok to have dogs at the table.

Situé sur le bord de la route de Bourges à Saint-Amand, dans la zone artisanale nord de Saint-Amand, cet hôtel est situé à proximité d'un lac autour duquel il est possible de marcher ou jogger. Les chambres sont classiques, propres. La literie est assez molle, mais ne fait pas mal au dos. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et peu onéreux.

Situé en plein centre de la France cet établissement est idéal pour une étape ou plus si affinité . Les chambres sont très correctes, certaines avec même une petite chauffeuse. La piscine est très agréable dans un joli cadre. Le restaurant est lui aussi très correct, et les plats sont très bons. Le personnel est affable et à l’écoute. Le rapport qualité prix est dans la norme.

Netheid "met de Franse slag". Twee dagen voor afreis vroeg ik nog eens (per mail) of het hotel nu DP was of niet. Ik kreeg antwoord dat het Demi Pension was. Stel onze verwondering vast toen we bij de afrekening de menu's apart op de rekening zagen staan. Ik had echt spijt want indien het geen DP was had ik wel andere zaken gegeten! De dame die afrekende zei dat zij niet verantwoordelijk was. De dame van het restaurant was wel heel vriendelijk. We keren zeker naar de streek terug maar laten dit hotel links liggen. Op de mail die ik achteraf stuurde werd geen moeite gedaan om die te beantwoorden.
