The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable.

NO shared kitchen anymore (closed 2y ago apparently….. NO landline phones in rooms. NO cooking facilities in rooms other than microwave & toaster. Wifi is ONLY 500mb free per day,, in room, motel room compendium states breakfast and dinner menu with costs that is also no longer available (no in room services/food supplied at all)) & tv services are limited to bare minimum Foxtel tv channels :( (Dont drink the tap water either its not pleasant) NEED TO UPDATE THEI WEBSITE AND IN ROOM FOLDERS AND THEIR PROCES TO REFLECT AS NOT WORTH the $$$

This is a clean,no frills motel with comfortable rooms.Close to all amenities including Chermside shopping centre and about 15 to 20mins.from the CBD.Cheap for Brisbane.There plenty of eateries close by,a park next door and on the main bus route.

The motel is very noisy in its location with traffic noise. They say you get free internet but fail to tell you after you arrive that you only get a very small megabytes ( not gigabytes) which you will use up within a very short time, my wife got about 10 minutes on a video call to her family then you are cut off and you have to pay, after I asked the office staff if this was correct they said yes and the just turned away from me. To add to the noise the swimming pool is in the center around the rooms and the pool filter motor is constantly running is the noise comes straight into your room. The entrance door also doesn’t close properly and opened by itself sometimes. For the price they are asking I wouldn’t stay there again as there are plenty of other motels in that area.

Thankyou to Shateen and all the staff I was there for five weeks with my wife very Ill in PCH they kept the rooms for me spotless and made sure we had everything we needed before and after my wife came out of hospital putting us on the ground floor for easy access to the room .Letting us extend our stay when needed so one less thing to worry about . Bus stop close by if needed to get around Brisbane without driving . Friendliest and most accommodating motel stay we have ever experienced we will be back for our annual visits without hesitation. Do not stay here. Booked 2 night stay for family of 4. Room 15 smelt of pungent cat spray, the bathroom ceiling was mouldy, we killed 5 bugs which included coackrach and other suspect insects near beds. There were stained sheets and hairs in beds and on pillows. We booked for 2 nights, stayed 1 and requested refund on 2nd night when we decided it was unclean and unhygienic room. Management declined request for a refund on second night based on their cancellation policy, offered us an alternate room which we declined and then did not follow up with us after we were advised the manager would check if refund was possible via his manager. The manager inspected room and saw dead insect killed beside bed during the inspection of room. Not an positive experience which we paid $370.00 for in good faith and on understanding this business would honour its contract of providing clean and safe room for our family. We made respectful and reasonable refund of only one night based on our complaint. Terrible and have itchy rash to top it off!

I rang to cancel booking as I caught the flu and could not make my trip to Brisbane. I was to stay at this motel on Saturday 17 June for one night. I was half a day late of the 48 hours cancellation period but I could not predict that I was going to get the flu ! They were so rude and would not even listen to my story - I have since noted that they had already taken my money from my visa account a day prior to my call anyway, on the 16th June - which I believe is not legal. So if you think you might get covid or the flu before the 48hr cancellation period (I am not sure how you will know!) be prepared to pay the full room cost - they will just take it prior to your arrival anyway!!!! Dreadful customer relations.

The room was clean , the service staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. This motel is close to lots of shopping and 2 major hospitals. I stay here evertime I come to Brisbane. An enjoyable experience.

The room was very clean & well serviced every day. Beds were changed & bathroom cleaned on day 4. There’s a lovely pool area which gets lovely morning sun. This is a great place for families to relax
