非常好的酒店，離 chester 市中心車程 10 分鐘，有寬大的停車場，停車位充足。房間寬敞，床墊和枕頭都很舒服。酒店早餐是傳統的英國酒店早餐，環境和餐食都不錯。chester 是一個歷史悠久的美麗小鎮，逛一逛在這個酒店休息很舒服

Anniversary away break. Location on edge of Chester close to motorway.
Nice grounds, busy carpark and popular venue for parties and business guests.
Carpet on second floor dirty and smells.
Sink kept blocking because plug holes full of scum.
Toilet seat incorrect size and not secured properly.
Bed comfortable, nice towels tea and instant coffee and bottles of water in room.
Breakfast nice selection BUT no fresh decaffeinated coffee only instant granules yuk!!! Nothing worse than awful coffee!!! With so many decent decaffeinated options available and customers not drinking caffeine this is totally unacceptable.

對服務和設施非常失望。
我們預訂這家飯店是因為有游泳池。我們一家四口計畫和孩子們一起游泳。
不幸的是，當我們登記入住時，接待員告訴我們 16 歲以下不能使用游泳池。
其次，我們請人為我們準備了嬰兒床。這位女士首先來問我先生是否知道如何自己設定。
在我丈夫說「不」之後，那位女士很生氣。
這是我們為四星級飯店提供的「令人驚嘆」的服務。
如果我們知道這些，我們肯定不會選擇這家酒店。

辦理入住手續非常簡單，沒有任何麻煩，三名工作人員負責辦理客人入住手續。
房間大小足夠，有舒適的床和優質的枕頭，確保良好的休息。
酒店非常乾淨，人員配備齊全，唯一的缺點是位置距離市中心不遠，但這並不影響交易，因為這家酒店位於市中心郊區，停車要方便得多。

Very clean very beautiful and very good service. Beautiful terrace to drink your coffee in the morning. We stayed in a superior king bedroom and it was honestly so clean and comfortable and relaxing

Brilliant hotel and location. Breakfast queue was the only thing which may have been an issue but we were there early so no problem. But could do with looking at how this is set up at busy times. Loved the whole visit.
