Good reception，convenient way to any where and clean room and food

Very good location

Parking is a problem. Nearest parking is 400 metres in a multi storey car park. Room not cleaned or no clean towels and bed not changed. No room service available. Not a pleasurable experience at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

Visited here last week it was a last minute booking as having work done at home after we was flooded! What can I say I was very impressed from the moment we walked through the door where we was greeted by a lovely lady I think she was the manager , the check inn was very prompt and easy, our room was spotless and very comfortable , it was nice and warm and we had a great nights sleep, we have stopped in a few premier inns and I think this is the best one we have stopped in, it’s in a convenient location with very close cheap parking , lots of pubs and places to eat !

Wow wow wow!😍 the stay was so lovely, we stayed as going to the Peak District. My husband surprised us with this trip and I was not disappointed. The staff left kids toys and colouring for them on an arrival in the room. Very thoughtful and rooms was spotless.

Great hotel in a perfect location, great for exploring the Peak District. Rooms were usual premier inn standard and were spotless. Kay looked after breakfast amazingly, plenty of choice great service. Stayed at several premier inns and this is one of the best

Excellent location, spotlessly clean staff were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble A special mention to Kay who still had a smile after working an extra long shift to cover the flooding in chesterfield that day The staff were amazing with people stranded a true credit to premier inn

No sleep what so ever, booked a family room online and when arrive was told there was no family rooms available. Terrible, would not return

Great for a sisters get together. Absolutely fantastic staff in every role we met. We felt so looked after and the issues at dinner were addressed before we even noticed them. Excellent customer service.
