Holiday Inn 克利夫蘭 - 梅菲爾德(Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield)

Great stay and location. Cover was dirty upon check in.

It is a decent hotel. It's comfortable and fairly clean. There were a few minor things people may want to know. We were on the first floor. They have floodlights pointed at the windows from the parking lot. Even with the blinds pulled down light got in. The room was small and laid out weird. The mini fridge and microwave were at the end of the bed. The bathroom vanity is small and there is not much room to do make up or lay out toiletries, especially if you have more than one person getting ready. The pool is closed, if that's important to you call ahead and see if they got it opened up yet. Overall it was a fine stay but when we were here before we had a much better room.

There was too much noise in the restaurant. A whole bunch of kids yelled and screamed. There were only limited seats in the restaurant and they were short of staff. Later, in my room, I could hear someone running up and down the corridor. Other people slammed doors and talked loudly in the corridor near my room. By the way, there was no indication about reservations for the restaurant.

I am not one to write reviews but we were so happy with our stay, I felt compelled to write one. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and had planty of extras. Ample parking and the surrounding area was really nice. The hotel restaurant was the nicest I have ever been to in a hotel.

The hot and cold waters were backwards. The door wouldn’t lock from the inside unless you picked it up ahd turned the lock at the same time, but from the outside you had to kick it in. The phone didn’t work. They had ridiculous electric shades that kept falling off the roll and slamming to the ground, the fire alarm went off twice between 3am and 4 am

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. We attened a local concert and we were gone till late. We were greeted at the door by a friendly face and our room was magnificent. The water was hot and had great pressure. The bedroom was SO clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did not try the breakfas and the pool was being renovated.

The hotel is nicely updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since Holiday Inn took over the restaurant, breakfast at Alfredo’s is now mediocre at best - in our past visits when the restaurant was privately owned, we had many EXCELLENT meals at Alfredo’s. That is not the case now!

I stayed here the night before having big surgery at the hillcrest hospital. It was a short distance from the hospital as well as close to a lot of dining options! Loved the area it was very quiet but seemed family friendly! The room was very nice and updated as was the rest of the hotel! Would definitely come back!

Unmotivated staff, smelled funny, room was beat up and the door had trouble locking. Just a meh experience overall. With so many good hotels in the area we will be skipping this one on future trips to the area
