切斯特敦凱藝酒店 - 近印第安納沙丘國家公園 I-94

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive, but we had traveled from California to attend a wedding and between the airfare, car rental, and all the wedding-related expenses, costs were really mounting up. We needed a budget-friendly accommodation, so I went ahead and booked. From everything I observed, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Our room was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping even came in and turned the room over for us while we were out, and I've noticed that not many places do that anymore unless you specifically request it. I'd read reviews complaining that there were no hot options at breakfast, but that was not our experience. There were hot options such as eggs, sausage, and waffle maker, available every morning of our 3-day stay, as well as cereal, yogurt, and toast/muffins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is decent; not in the town center, but still just a few minutes' drive to the main attractions. There's a shopping center across the street with a grocery store, and a Bob Evans on the corner. If I'm ever back in Holland looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, I'd stay again.

Our room was dark, dreary, but clean. The bathroom was soooo tiny. The breakfast room was clean at all times. Everything seemed to be patched together…..table tops loose, etc.

Clean, spacious room, pleasant staff. Plenty of parking, shops nearby, close to Indiana Dunes National Park. An old building but well kept.

Nice restaurant right around the corner the only thing I didn’t like about this property was that it smelt like Indian spice in my room which very strong aroma which caused me to be sick

Needs a update No one was at the desk to check in. Bell to ring for someone was broke. A back door near my room was broke so people kept propping it open felt very unsecure.
