When I asked the staff when I could have it, one of them said from 1800 to 2300, but another staff member said I could have it anytime. It took four attempts and a 10-minute wait to finally get it. ❌：凌晨後門的保安在玩手機，和他說”Good evening”他不理你😂 ❌: In the midnight, the security guard at the back door was playing with his phone. When I greeted him with “Good evening” he ignored me 😂

一家服務滿分的酒店 疫情後的第一個春節，相隔3年再次海外過大年，跟夥伴商量後決定需要找個好酒店住2晚慶賀一下 1. 屬於精品酒店，範圍不大，但是處處很有蘭納風，有泳池；位置在古城 2. 酒店含下午茶（但是味道一般）；早餐很豐盛比下午茶味道好（擺盤很精緻）你可以選喜歡的吃，並且可以續或者增加，粥的話可以告訴服務生，你衹要白粥，因為肉太多了，早餐中有一個芋頭泰國甜品不錯 3. 泳池的水有點冰冷，雖然白天有32度 4. 房間很舒服，裝修也細緻，女生最愛，有歡迎水果 香檳 5. 從行李生到餐廳服務生 都非常熱情（記得給小費），並且因為退房日我們旁晚去火車站，匆匆忙忙回去拿行李，酒店竟然贈送了一個打包好的三文治！我們也沒告訴他們我們坐火車，服務太細緻周到，必須贊一個 早上在餐廳遇上隔壁座一個華裔的男士 不知道是否酒店老闆，

We are a family of 4 and booked a suite, which was more than enough for us (two large bedrooms and living room). The hotel itself is amazing. Traditional Thai Chinese architecture, incredibly serene. Many small gardens throughout the hotel, and I found myself taking drinks there just to relax and enjoy the serenity. The hotel is very convenient to all local attractions and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Wow… where do I even begin. Firstly the hotel exteriors are beautiful. The pool is serene, the designs are lovely and traditional Thai style. The rooms are spacious with a large bed. Very quiet and great sleep even though we were jet lagged. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices even for vegetarians and vegans like us. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes from the airport, right by the old city, walking distance to a couple of night markets. The best part of our stay was the Loy Krathong festivities. We were lucky to be there during the period this year. In the morning the hotel would provide free Krathong making activities with delicious Thai snacks and desserts and in the evening provided food, music, the lucky draw, lantern decorations, and all the Loy Krathong activities. Where we felt the service went above and beyond was during this evening party. We had come to Chiang mai to see our Thai side of our family including our 90 year old grandma who is in a wheelchair. She’s been sick for a while. She as well as our two other family members were allowed to participate and eat and dance for free of charge even though they didn’t have to do that. Furthermore the staff made sure that she had a great time - we haven’t seen yai (Thai word for grandma) this happy in so long especially since she got sick. She was dancing and smiling in the wheelchair! The lady who MC’d as well as the security guard went above and beyond. And all the staff there (there were tens of them!) even waved in a line as her car left. The other members of the family said that we must come back here next year for Loy Krathong so that’s what we will do. Thank you again to all the staff. You made the stay very special, made my family feel emotional.

Great stay! It was our first time in Chiang Mai and this hotel was perfect. Great central location, rooms are well equipped, beds are comfortable, there’s no breakfast facilities however there is plenty around so it’s no issue. The staff at the hotel were great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but the lady that worked in the mornings was lovely. She pointed us in the right direction made good recommendations on where to go and best ways to get around. We’ll definitely be back to Chiang Mai and will definitely stay here again

認爲還可以,房間還可以,價格便宜,我住在這裏準備第二天去山上旅行。(選擇的原因是因爲價格便宜,靠近城市,靠近餐廳靠近摩托車出租處)早餐還可以,有米飯,但是熱水器有點問題。哪家酒店趕快解決它被認爲給人留下了深刻的印象。

在這裏停了幾次,主要是因爲我的泰國親人喜歡這個地方,只是因爲離機場這麼近。每次都有些不對勁!!也不是最便宜的住宿。一個房間的馬桶不能沖水,浴室洗手池的水龍頭在另一個房間的把手轉動。由於另一房間的道路噪音(我們在5樓!)我們無法睡覺。一個房間沒有wi-fi,另一個房間沒有熱水,每個房間淋浴盤都裝滿了肥皂水,很滑;實際上很危險。早餐對我來說還可以,沒什麼閃閃發光的。土司,果醬,果汁,茶,咖啡,麥片,所有的基本要素。但不知道爲什麼人們要爬出窗戶來到這裏。我看到一位女士把她土司上的棕色都刮掉了,所以那只是白色的!(與泰國人相信吐司會導致癌症有關)喜歡在實際起作用的烤麪包機旁邊的牌子(另一只在每次拜訪時都壞了,只是坐在那裏收集灰塵)。沒有癌症從那一個!有這樣意思的話語:“請不要在麪包上放黃油和果醬,然後放入烤麪包機。”至少接待處的冰箱裏的啤酒比大多數商店便宜。又好又冷。一定會喜歡的!

我到達酒店,外面看起來真的很好,工作人員也很好。給我檢查的女孩不懂英語,所以我很幸運能說一些泰國語。他們沒有幫你提行李,但是我並不介意,因爲我旅行時帶着帶輪子的好工作袋。當我走進房間時,我首先碰到的是一個廁所的臭味。(準確地說,我被給了608頂層的房間。房間大小還可以,但傢俱在哪裏我可以看到有多髒,磨損了。它看起來像是在一家廉價市場買的東西。進一步我嘗試了牀,這是我所睡過的最差的牀墊,不僅酒店在一條馬路旁邊,晚上交通太吵,所以我沒有睡太多。有時我醒來,以爲我房間裏有摩托車。我預訂了5晚的住宿,但一晚之後我決定搬家。因此,在又一個痛苦的夜晚之後,我離開這家酒店,將永遠不會再回來。

定的房間帶陽台，空間挺大的，床很大，我們兩大一下都睡得很寬敞。有一次性用品，有冰箱，每天都會打掃給放兩瓶新的水。地理位置絕佳，門前的路除了上下班高峯都很寧靜，距離必打卡的寺廟都衹有幾百米遠，有的就在斜對面。往左走到路口就是夜市，也有711，往右100米又是一家711。租摩託車停車停錯位置，老闆華人，還幫我我們跟警察交涉，自己開車帶我們去警局處理，沒有他的幫忙，我們都不知道怎麼辦好，感謝！

This is a small, pretty boutique hotel in Chiang Mai old town, very nicely designed and decorated in contemporary Lanna style with a lot of artistic paintings hanging around the hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable but what impresses me most is the staff and breakfast. The staff at this hotel are very service-minded, active, polite, well-mannered, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is unlimited a la carte with a wide variety of choices presented in a very beautiful menu. Every dish is delicious, superb quality with great presentation. Very impressed indeed!

住清邁古城的話，首選這家！首先，位置好找；第二，樓下就是吃的店，走不遠就有藥店、7−11、路邊攤、市場、租摩托車的地方、按摩……說白了就是“方便”；第三，有禮貌地待客，另外，我還要感謝他們對我一家的信任，住了好幾天，我沒讓他們進來打掃衛生，最後一天也沒等他們檢查房間我們就趕飛機了，所以也不知道有沒有弄得哪裡不幹凈，讓他們辛苦了，但是我一家三口住，我個人覺得還是挺乾淨衛生的。最後，感謝這裏給我們這麼棒的一個旅程。

去年水燈節入住的，因為常住的那家最後一天客滿，所以定了他旁邊的這家。這家店比較隱蔽，院子很大可以停車，酒店在2樓，老闆還不錯。可以退房后寄存行李。 二樓一共也沒幾間房，屋子大部分是靠窗戶的，裝修還可以，有歡迎水果礦泉水。 牀也舒適。就是衛生間簡陋一些，淋雨那有蜘蛛網，emmmm不知道是多久沒人了。不過我還是洗了澡。洗澡水溫還可以。總體來講經濟實惠。

I would like to recommend this hotel very much because the boss of this hotel is very kind and hearty and give me very great help when I met trouble. I rented a motorcycle in Chiang Mai for one day. My plane took off the next morning early so I prepare return the motorcycle that day night. But the motorcycle store closed when I arrived because of the heavy rain, and I could not wait for the store open next morning because of the plane. I had no way to get my deposit back. At the moment I asked the boss of the hotel for help, and she and her son were very helpful, they had overcome many difficulties and done a lot of work and took my deposit back in the end. They are kind, responsible and enthusiastic. So if you have chance to go to Chiang Mai, please have a good night in this hotel--Namamema. It near by the Wat Chedi Luang, it is very convenient. I thank the boss again for her help and God bless you!

是在街上主路的一條小支路裏面，不在街邊，走到邊上會看到他們家的牆繪，看到了就順着走進去大概10米左右，右手邊上。一家人開的民宿，入住期間遇到男主人、女主人、兩個孩子和家寵“Mali”也就是茉莉。入住兩晚免費送機，入住一晚的送機費用是150株，房間確實比較小，但離城門夜市很近，很多景點步行可達，總體滿意。

民宿地理位置很方便，離清邁門比較近，我喜歡這裏的服務，很貼心，正巧趕上我媽媽的生日，還送了一個小蛋糕🎂，有中文服務，而且幫忙提行李，從始至終都是微笑服務，環境很乾凈，每天都有人打掃。早餐粥和炒飯很好吃。個人還是很喜歡的。
