燈光芝加哥逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Alsip)

Room was good beds seemed smaller than a Double. The Location around was very dirty . Had someone Break into my room from the Conjoining room . the Facilities was nice and Clean Check in and Check out was not so great.

All in all, the hotel was nice and comfortable. One thing I was surprised by is that the restaurant opens and closes daily for breakfast and dinner--no lunch available. The breakfast options were the same as those offered for FREE at other hotels. Not much more in variety. When the rooms are cleaned, they did not replace the bag in the ice bucket--they left whatever water was in the bag/bucket. Please refill the ice bag and bars of soap when cleaning the room.

This an old building not really relevant to Hilton Hotel experience. The phone in the room was not working, and we did not get a single room service/cleaning. The breakfast was not included but the caffe Terria was reasonable.

Nothing/ For the cost, I've paid much less and received so much more at other places. Ex. Breakfast, complimentary coffee, microwave in our room(there was none)

The tub was clean they cleaners didn’t clean the room right it’s was alcohol left in my refrigerator it’s was odor in the room and it’s was big in my ice

The woman at the check in counter was rude. When I first entered the room I inspected the bathroom and found feces on toilet seat

The shower was clogged and water would Collect so you were left taking a shower in standing water

Non smoking room but smells like smoking
