芝加哥總督酒店(Viceroy Chicago)

cozy, small hotel in a good area, close to everything. the rooms have everything you need, a coffee machine, wine glasses, a minibar, a refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes and the necessary toiletries. From the window of the suite, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. the cleaning was daily, but not perfect, there was a lot of dust in the corners on the floor and on the furniture, but it was a wonderful stay and the overall impression of the hotel did not spoil. I will stop in the future.

We had an awesome time! So many great restaurants nearby, we ate at Bellevue. Such a beautiful place, great view and plenty drinks and snacks. 5 stars for sure thanks for such great hospitality! You guys also comped us a bigger room!!!! Can’t wait to visit again with one of the suites.

The Viceroy was amazing! I can’t say enough about the hotel staff we encountered throughout our stay. From the doormen to the check in staff, housekeepers and bartenders, everyone was so professional and welcoming! The room was clean, had almost everything we needed. It didn’t have a microwave (we wanted to heat up last night’s leftovers!) and when I asked at the front desk, one was brought up to my room in less than 5 minutes! The location has so much to offer! It was very safe and walkable with tons of options for restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be back at the Viceroy!

We will definitely stay at the Viceroy again! The aesthetic of the lobby and everything else is very unique. We had brunch at the restaurant on our last morning but left thinking we should have tried it for lunch and dinner. If you can get the Junior Suite with the balcony, do it. You won't regret it.

What an exceptional stay at the Viceroy Chicago! Rooms were modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Staff were also incredible - Antonio of the valet team was the first face we met, and he greeted myself and my husband by our first names every time we left/entered the hotel. Location is also great to restaurants and excellent shopping. Thank you for an phenomenal first trip to Chicago!
