The check in hostess was extremely unprofessional she took a 100$ from the card. I showed her thst it had come through from the bank she said they didn’t have it. Then she was very unhelpful and when I asked to talked to the manager she was mocking me. The manager asked me to leave the incidentals in cash and then next day they took 17$ in hotels fee but then they wanted me to pay it in Tyler card instead of the cash they had bcs they didn’t have change. Very annoying.

Horrible customer service. Booked a room with 2 beds, was provided a room with single bed upon arrival.. they were very rude at front desk.. after lot of arguments they said they’ll make the stay complimentary.. never received a refund… effectively I paid them extra money just to sleep on chair and then get to hospital next day with back pain…

I bit small but just enough! Very nice staff. The walls are somewhat thin I could hear action during the night (if you know what I mean ). The best part for me was the shampoo and conditioner they smelled amazing! Over all I would recommend if your going to solder Field stadium, 20 min walk. They're a public parking is cheaper than the hotel . It was a nice experience.

I booked four nights through *******. On the last day, when I was about to check out I was charged with resort fees, when I asked about that, they told me that the hotel also gives $15 credit to use for food inside hotel to offset resort fees. I never received it for even single night, when I told them that, they said “sorry about it and we will refund you credit card for $15 for every day”. About months passed and I called them to see the status of this, today they told me that they have given me the credit and I have used hence they are not going to refund me, this was totally untrue as no one told me about it not anyone given me credit for it. Extremely furious that they are totally making this up!!!

The staff was very friendly. As soon as we walked into our room a clean scent hit our noses. My only compliant, which really isn’t a huge deal and did not take away from my rating, is there was no fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet and it kept moving and my body would touch the mattress protector and I didn’t like that feeling. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Restaurant which was not owned and operated by hotel was easily accessible and had great food. Jesus and the front desk staff was excellent. Wish there was a gift shop in the lobby but there were several stores in the area to obtain any essentials needed. Rooms were clean but a little tight. Excellent location would stay again.

There really was only one thing I found a little much, and that was the price to valet my car. Other then that my stay was amazing. I probably got the best nights sleep I’ve had ever. The rooms were immaculate. The front desk staff are delightful and helpful. And the building is very easy to spot when walking back from Soldier Field.
