Residence Inn Chicago Downtown/River North

El personal es excelente, el hotel super bien ubicado es nueysra tercera vez en este hotel y mi unica queja fue que solo me limpiaron el cuarto una vez pero entiendo que fueron dias festivos y tal vez el personal de limpieza no laboró.

Gut gelegen in downtown Chicago. Der Riverwalk und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Das Personal geht auf Ansprachen ein und versucht Lösungen zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffett war vielseitig, mir hat nur ein Pancake-Maker gefehlt.

The staff are very friendly and the location is very convenient. The rooms are getting a little bit tired now but the linen is very clean and the facilities eg guest laundry and gym are good. It is terrible that this hotel and so many others use plastic cutlery and paper plates as this is not in any way ecologically friendly. There are water fountains so you can refill your water bottle though. The bar prices are reasonable and the breakfast food is sufficient although even the natural yogurt has sugar in it so eating healthily if you don’t want/eat eggs etc is a bit of a challenge.

We stayed for 6 nights. We had Amazon drop something off for us and it was there upon arrival. The staff is very nice everywhere in the hotel. The bar was nice and the bartender friendly. It is in a great location and we walked to the Chicago Street Race from the hotel each day over the weekend. Our A/C went out the last 2 days and that was rough. I thought they should have at least offered some vouchers for a future stay or a meal.

EverybodY was incredibly nice! They helped and were more than kind, helpful,etc. Had an issue with the shower and they fixed it in minutes! A M A Z I N G! The hotel needs some renovation. The location was amazing! Walking distance to everywhere! Really recommend it and will go back definitely!

킨지와 스테이트 거리 교차부에 위치해 시카고 강과 거리가 가깝고 미시간 쇼핑거리가 모두 10분 내 도보거리임. 실내 공간이 넓어 쇼파 책상 냉장고 오븐 히터 세척기가 있어 3-4인 가족 장기 투숙에 좋겠음. 조식도 무난하고 직원들도 친절하여 만족도 높은 숙소임

Espectacular, tuvieron dias muy atareados pero lograron que eso no impactara nuestra estancia

Everything was perfect. Lobby was usually busy but that’s expected. However, some of the blankets in our room were stained and we refrained from using them. Besides that, everything else was great

They have a very comfortable lobby on the 2nd floor, cheerful and friendly staff, decent choice of food for the free breakfast, nice-sized suites, comfy bed, and best of all - great location! Hotel is within steps of dozens of restaurants and bars in River North.
