Clean, quiet and very conveniently located. Very courteous and professional staff. Special thanks to Raven who made our check-in experience very smooth, efficient and positive. Made us feel welcome and special. Also, Tim the bartender is EXCELLENT! Superior customer service, friendly personality, prompt- I would bring my family and friends back to stay at this property because of people like Tim and Raven.

Linda was so very kind and allowed us to check in early. She even walked by us in the lounge while we were hanging out with friends and enjoying our wine. The door man was also amazing and personable. Great service and sweet man. I wish I knew his name. The male bartender was also a great server letting on top of everyone’s orders throughout our Friday night visit! We will be returning to this hotel the time we are in town. We had a great time!!

Stayed for a night because we were doing a 2 day event at the House of Blues that was right next door. Very nice hotel with great rooms. Our room actually looked out at Marina Towers. We will be back again.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. The location is convenient (there's a train station nearby and it's within walking distance of most downtown attractions). I'd probably stay here again but I did have an issue on this visit. I arrived around 12:30pm on the day I was checking in. When I went to the front desk I was told a room was available but I'd have to pay a $75 early check in fee (standard check in time is 4:00pm). I was surprised by the fee since I think this is the first time a hotel I've stayed at has required that (usually if a room is ready you can just check in early). I declined to pay and was told if I came back around 2:30-3:00 they would probably waive the fee. So I left and came back at that time to find that no rooms were ready then. I left again and finally received a call right at 4:00pm that the room was ready. So the check in process was somewhat inconvenient. To be fair, I think they upgraded the room to one that included breakfast but then breakfast wasn't very impressive.

Great location - easy walking distance to wherever you want to go (theater district, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier). Friendly staff and updated rooms. Bonus: New Year’s fireworks were launched from the bridge just a few steps out the main entry.

Excellent customer service. Accomodations are perfect. Located in the middle of everything. We have problems and had to leave earlier , then Daniel - best employee - went out of his way to make us special. Thank you Daniel! We really appreciate your kindness.

Si me gustó pero ustedes ponen que tiene alberca pero no cuenta con alberca y tampoco con boliche el boliche es externo de la propiedad y la verdad no me volvería a quedar allí. Gracias
