Very good and clean

To no fault of the employees but they should warn their guests that they will need to work with the parking garage that’s not even theirs. There’s no parking attendant and didn’t have instructions on how to get a ticket or ways around it in order to get a parking ticket. And once you get a code you will need the hotel to give you a code so the garage don’t charge you. Too many inconveniences for a trip that’s intended for a relaxing time. Restaurants close by close at 9 pm so better be prepared.

The staff at the Ivy Hotel is probably the friendliest and most efficient that I have seen in years. They should be highly commended. And treasured. The hotel floors were loud at night. Maybe a big more monitoring would help. Also, the lighting is very dim which makes it hard to work at the desk. Otherwise, am very pleased with everything.

We came to check in only to have the front desk give us a key card that did not work and the room was already occupied by other guests. Super loud and noisy guests around us made it hard to sleep and feel safe. Called for some amenities like more towels toilet paper toothpaste etc and it took them an hour to bring up only half of the requested items. No one offered to help carry up our bags for us. We were visiting from out of town and were super dissapointed with our experience and will not be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The view in my room was not the best but the room was spacious and very comfortable, it felt like a mini apartment. Overall I will recommend this hotel for its price and location. It is close to all the shops, attractions and restaurants.

El hotel queda Muy cerca a casi todo, si te gusta caminar ese es el sitio muy buen ubicado . La atención de primera … recomendadisimo!!!!

Great hotel in a good location. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The bathroom was large, had a soaking tub, and a standin shower. The water pressure was A1! I would most definitely stay here again.
