威洛斯酒店(The Willows Hotel)

I used to live in this neighborhood so the location is impeccable. But when we arrived after a long flight we were put in a room where maintenance was fixing the bathroom or something. We left because it was awkward and didn’t have anywhere to put or hide our belongings. This building is very very old. You can hear all the other guests walking or talking. It’s an okay place just remember you’re paying for location. It needs a total renovation, however.

Very old property, smells as soon as entering the room and feels humid probably due to age of the building ,minimal amnesties,not even has a cheap coffee maker in the room ,barely fits 2 stars hotel, bathroom door not completely closed which is inconvenient for other person given it opens right next to the bed,overall pictures and reviews overestimate the quality of the hotel

El personal de recepción súper amables, el día que estuvimos en Chicago fue un día lluvioso, y uno de los muchachos de recepción nos prestó una sombrilla, nos salvo la vida ese día ☺️ excelente lugar

We were given a 1st floor room next to a heavily traveled alley. And for that we paid over $800 because T Swift was in town!

Too expensive for what u get. It’s about holiday inn quality at a premium price

The building is tired! In poor condition and the area is interesting to walk in. Stay somewhere else.

I have zero complaints. I loved my stay here. The staff were all so very nice. The location is perfect for walking to several places near by and then the transit system is extremely convenient for further destinations. The room was very clean and super cozy. Looking forward to staying again.
