房間很寬敞

在loop。住了四天，后兩天沒有人打掃，要花錢。設施一般，正常水平。交通方便，附近公交站和地鐵站都多，不過下次不會再選擇了。沒有國內hyatt的水準那麼好。

The staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans. The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

El hotel es perfecto para una visita en el centro de Chicago. Muy agradable y todo muy cerca. Solo que si se nota la diferencia del trato cuando vas con ******* a cuando lo reservas directamente en el hotel. Sin embargo es una de las mejores opciones de estadía.

La ubicación de este hotel es muy buena. Millenium park está a 10-15 mins caminando, el metro y la parada de bus están a dos calles. Y en general para visitar todas las atracciones turísticas solo se necesita como máximo 20 minutos.

I literally never write reviews but this experience still has me angry, three months later. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was that it listed there is valet parking available. We pulled up to the valet stand in front of the hotel. The guy at the valet stand glances at me, then goes back to looking at his phone. I got out of the car, start unloading luggage, and waited for him to come grab my key. He continues to ignore my presence. I walk up to him and ask him to take my car. He replies “oh I was hoping you weren’t coming here.” He says “your car is too tall and won’t fit in our parking.” I drive a sub-compact SUV. Its a pretty dang small car, and it’s never once had issues fitting in any parking spot, literally anywhere. He keeps just going back to looking at his phone, while I’m waiting for some sort of resolution to this issue. I ask him then where do I park? “I don’t know.” What’s the height requirement? “I don’t know. Yours is just too tall”. What do other people do when you refuse to park their car? “I don’t know.” This is your LITERAL JOB AND YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING?! You clearly have hundreds of hotel guests daily, your advertising is completely wrong, your employees are seriously awful. Nothing else mattered. I don’t even remember what the hotel room was like. Nothing else mattered besides the very first person that guests come in contact with that says “I hoped you weren’t coming here.” (And guess what: my car fit perfectly fine in the parking garage)
