Great location. Stayed there for a concert at United Center.

There was many black stain on the 3-4 pillows. Front desk clerk gave the new ones but with no talk and no smile. He was rude even did not look up our face. Air vents in elevators and front desk blow the smell of ****. Sofa bed was dirty and sheets was smelling not cleaned. There are another stains on the desk, coffee table and sofa bed. The mattress in sofa bed was like a joke so very thin and smell bad. AC was noisy and hallways looked like in an apartment building. Do not believe the photos. Because only outside looks nice.

Rooms are rather small. I had prob a foot of space between the wall and the bed(king bed with sleeper sofa) No microwaves, no pool, elevators were nasty(they smelt, all the grab bars were loose, and looked like something was dripping down the walls). Our hotel Bathroom didnt look like it was ever cleaned as there was hair in the sink food on the floor etc… Beds were so uncomfortable; woke up so sore as if i never slept. They will charge fees on your card without you knowing when you check in. I had to question them on it. Their parking is $30 and not the advertised $20 on their website. Also, their is no difference in what you see of Chicago whether you pay for a high floor(which i did, for a city view, but i got to see is the parking lot) not worth the extra money for the higher floors. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Big rooms, very clean. Nice bar area. Good location for where we needed. Had very noisy neighbors who were fighting from 11-3 am. Called front desk 3 times but nothing was done. You really should have moved them or kicked them out, as you said you would. I also paid a lot of money to stay and had no sleep.

The hotel is very beautiful inside and outside. The front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and efficient. I checked in and checked out fast and easily. The bedroom was huge (1 king bed and 1 couch bed), very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size and was very clean as well. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was very tasty. There are 2 subway stations near the hotel (around 5 minutes walk). There are 2 parking lots near the hotel (one in the back of the hotel and the other one block away), and a public parking in front of the hotel (all of them paid). I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
