賓館酒店(The Guesthouse Hotel)

Zoe is the BEST! If she is at the front desk, be assured you'll be taken care of with awesome Chicago hospitality. I was able to check-in early without issue, which was important as I had several work calls to conduct. This is such a unique building really close to several lovely businesses. Street parking is free after certain hours, and the parking is ample. There are garage spaces at the rear of the building for an additional cost, which I did utilize. I walked to a local Italian restaurant for dinner and enjoyed the stroll in the neighborhood. The accommodations themselves were extremely well appointed, clean, well maintained. I even had a little covered balcony / patio which I sat on frequently during my stay. Cannot recommend enough!

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is so adorable and cozy, we loved having the little patio/deck and the sun coming in through the front windows. Beds and pillows were perfect. There was quite a bit of noise from a downstairs (we believe outer door) closing all night when we were sleeping but other than that everything was fabulous. The staff was great!

Wow, what a cool place to stay! Was a little surprised it was right across the street from a cemetery, but no ghosts in this place. hehe The staff was welcoming, the room was VERY clean and spacious and the neighborhood is nice and walkable. Highly recommended!

This property was amazing! I was only there for one night but it was exactly what this working mom needed to recharge! Check in was easy, everyone was so helpful, the room was so spacious. I loved it all!

The room was perfect for our weekend away. There was plenty of space, a real home away from home. It had everything we needed. Staff was lovely. Room and all facilities were super clean. Location was perfect and convenient to everything thing we needed.

We had a quick one night stay in Chicago to see Beabadoobee and chose the Guesthouse hotel due to location to the riveria theater and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect but the hotel was also perfect. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious - so spacious we loved our little house. There are also plenty of food options near by and the train station is a quick walk, and never felt unsafe when walking at night. We would definitely come back to and choose to stay at the guesthouse hotel again.

Beautifully appointed - does not feel like a sterile hotel. It's a friendly, homey lobby. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are like small apartments - clean, nicely decorated and warm. We will be back!

The staff is all very friendly and helpful. They called me by my name and remembered my needs. The suite was dreamy, slept 7 people (3 BR/2BA) and was bigger than my house! It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, There was washer/dryer, dishwasher, complete kitchen and a balcony with a Weber grill. Convenient, quiet and the master bath was the BEST!

It’s a great property! Everything you need and it’s super clean. Only issue is you hear every step the people above you are making. Otherwise it’s awesome
