The main indoor congregation area includes an open concept kitchen, a dining room table, and another futon. we came down for the races great location easy to get to the track very comfortable clean the stove was a little tricky but once i figured it out no problem a little concerned about sm glass table i think its missing a couple of screws very wobbly the other table was great would stay her again great host

Took a while to get hot tub heated and to get the house cool. Other than those 1st initial incidents we loved our stay. Communication was quick as well as resolutions. We loved how soft and comfortable the beds were along with how the curtains kept out lights. The place had a very nice vibe and was clean.

Nice home; convenient location Stayed here with my grown children and their families. There was plenty of room for all of us. Looked like a very nice outdoor area but due to weather we were limited to inside ... but didn't feel cramped at all. Coffee wasn't provided, but Bidwell Perk was close by. Would stay here again.

Splendid weekend We stayed for the weekend to visit Chico state. The location was superb and we had access to everything. The home is so well kept, very warm and inviting. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise machines in each room. Check in and out was so easy. We'll be back.

Clean with a few issues that need attention The house was very clean and that was top priority for us. Master bathroom door off track and doesn’t work properly and master bathroom shower head needs to be replaced.
