The hotel is really nice, although I would say the bathrooms tend to get a bit flooded by the shower curtains not working properly. And the area around it is a bit schetchy.

This is a solid stay for the Chico area. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here before and appreciate that They accept pets for a reasonable fee. There’s a Denny’s very close by that you can walk to. This facility does not have an elevator so may be an issue for some if not on the first floor.

Never again!
The room was large, but extremely dirty! The floor was sticky and so dirty you could see the dirt. The walls need washed, absolutely disgusting! The bed and pillows were old and stunk. The plus, the shower kept its hot water. It was also extremely noisy and housekeeping was very loud. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was awesome. Service was great. The price? Let’s say it was a total value and eateries were very close! Good continental breakfast too. I’d gladly stay there again!

Checkin was quick and easy staff was friendly.
There was a smell in the room though. Kinda of a musty smell ,im not sure what it was. Might have been the carpet or the dresser

The room was fine. I am 71 years old and handicapped. For a hotel with 3 floors there was no elevator or cart for luggage. We were on the 2nd floor with no assistance.
