The first room 143 the toilet wasent attached to the floor went to sit and almost fell and the fridge had mold growing in it and the plugs didn't work and the towels were so still I swear they didn't wash them so we moved to room 149 and the towels were dirty stiff and no electric on one side of the room the only outlet that worked was the one in the bathroom and by the TV and the toilet hardly flushed and the guy that gave us the room was rude. And there was cockroaches DO NOT ROOM HERE IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN O AND THE SECOND FRIDGE HAS PUDDING CUPS AND A RECIPET IN IT IT WAS MOLDY NEVER GO HERE AND THERE WAS OVER PRICED For A DUMP MOTEL

Very accommodating for our family thank you J for all your help. A humble motel in process of development but give them a chance if you’re in town!

The office staff were not the friendliest, we reported the toilet not working properly from day one and was there 4 nights and they never bothered to fix the toilet. each time you had to take the lid off and mess with it. The other staff that took care of the rooms where professionals and friendly

Upon checking in I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and made checking in easy and nice. Secondly, I almost winced as I went in expecting the worse from reading the reviews, but the room was nice: nice paint, everything worked, plenty of lighting and air conditioner was efficient, plenty of hot water, towels and bed linen was clean. You might want to know that there is no pool - it looks like there was one once, but the area is completely filled in, it must have been recent because the pool furniture etc. was still lying around. Now, this is a very quiet place, not by the freeway, which is why I choose it - it seems like it's hard to find a hotel in Chico that's not by the freeway! Very quiet and peaceful stay, I would come back, wish they had a pool. Oh, flat screen tv but not a lot of channels.
