Wir waren sehr überrascht von dieses Hotel. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Beautiful property in the center of Chisinau. All the action is around but the rooms are still very quiet. It is a walking distance from every major landmark and place to see. Many restaurants and cafes are around, so you def won’t starve :) We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will def stay here again!

Richmond hotel is a nice safe place to stay. The property is new and clean. Their breakfast quality and variety is great, service is very good as well. Their decor is beautiful and I love the design and the colors. The front desk customer service is overall nice, however they tried to trick in paying more money than I already did on the ******* app. I had to fight them for that. Their excuse was that it was a misunderstanding between them and *******. That sounded like a problem you need to resolve with ******* not with me. It’s not about the money as I don’t appreciate when I’m being tricked and treated like that. I’m giving them a higher star only because they were on their best game the second time we stayed there. Plus their hotel is nice indeed. In addition, I would recommend front desk staff to brush up their English skills. Overall, very nice place to stay in the capital of Moldova. The location is perfect, center of the city. Everything is within walking distance.

Amazing place! Very clean, very good food, and very friendly customer service. You can walk to all attractions, great park near hotel. Absolutely recommend.
