貝納達茲 SPA 大酒店的評價

離市中心很近，步行 15 分鐘即可到達市中心。早餐非常棒 Birgül 我們住了四天，他們每天都打掃我們的房間，更換我們的庭院，整理我們的床鋪。牙刷、刮鬍刀、針、線，一切都齊全。雖然外面氣溫是0度，但我們住的房間很熱，只能穿著汗衫。我們非常高興，這是一家非常好的酒店。謝謝。

Dear clients, I want to tell you about our painful experience with this hotel. It refuses to give money back to us. We couldn't come to Kishinev because of the war with Iran which hit on 13/06/2025. We've informed the hotel on 13/06/2025, but the hotel didn't react. They just ignored our calls and messages during a long time! Only two months later Mihai, a worker of the hotel, called us and suggested to give back only half of the sum. This decision is cruel and inhumane. We aren't responsible for the wars! The hotel should give us all the sum back.

İşin doğrusu nerden başlayacağımı bilemiyorum, ben kendim turizmci ve otelciyim, kişineve geldiğimde biraz tereddüt etmiştim, hangi otelde kalacam veyatta sıkıntı yaşarmıyım diye, ama bu otel gerçek anlamda mükemmel ötesi, ciddi anlamda müşterilerle çok ilgileniyorlar, kahvaltısı harika, mükemmel ötesi, çalışanları çok kibar, her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar, çok temiz bir otel herşeyi çok iyi, gerçekten evşnde hissettim, bundan sonra moldovaya geldiğimde bu otelden başka bir otele kesinlikle gitmem, fiyatıda çok uygun, resepsiyondaki mikail ve restoranttaki alex, çok fazla ilgileniyor sizlerle, bu adamlar işlerini severek yapıyor ve çok güleryüzlüler, bernardazzi grant otele ve personellererine çok teşekkür ederim,

A wonderful stay. I enjoyed so much the location, very comfortable rooms, profesional and polite staff. The breakfast is varied and very tasty, in the room is warm, great parking, great spa. For the next stay for sure I will choose this hotel and his wonderful location.

The hotel room was very comfortable with a big bathroom, a very nice shower with the right water pressure, a queen size bed with comfortable pillows and sheet. The hotel recepcionists Emily and Dania helped me with my stay arranging tours, pick up at the airport, taxis, directions in town, Chisinau tips, etc. The hotel is very well located in a quiet residencial neighbourhood, close to bus stops and to the main parks in town. Downtown Chisinau is only 5 blocks away.

I booked 3 rooms for 6 nights for my family and we had a perfect vacation. Location is amazing, we didn’t need to use our car which stayed at free parking of hotel. Everything is walking distance. No noise from highways or crowds. Rooms are big and comfortable. Everything is in working conditions. Huge thanks to hotel management who took care of all the requests and even more. I’d definitely recommend this place for your cozy stay:)

基希訥烏的絕佳住宿地。我們很享受假期，使用了水療中心和鹹水游泳池。飯店的按摩服務也很棒，尤其是安潔莉娜，她擅長兒童按摩。飯店的員工也非常友善。

The place was wonderful with great service. We loved their fresh food and atmosphere. The destination is amazing we can reach fast to all areas that we want to explore I would like to stay here next time when we are goin to visit Moldova with my Husband.

De passage à Chisinau, cet hôtel, à trente minutes à pied de la gare, et à dix minutes du centre ville fut pour nous une très bonne découverte. Dans un quartier assez central, mais tranquille, notre chambre était moderne, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix était très agréable et bien fourni. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand espace spa en sous sol, de très bonne facture, et les clients de l'hôtel peuvent sur réservation, bénéficier gratuitement de la piscine, une heure par jour. Pour profiter de tout l'espace (hammam, sauna,...) la réservation pour 3 heures d'usage est payante, ce qui semble très honnête au regard de la qualité de l'installation. Une mention toute spéciale pour le personnel de l'hôtel, très pro et très attentif à notre bien être et particulièrement Michel, le réceptionniste, dont la gentillesse et l'attention furent un vrai plus. Il faut noter une envie assez touchante de bien faire, et rajoutez à cela un tarif ajusté, et le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel en est excellent, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 6 раз ( в двухкомнатном семейном номере и однокомнатном с двумя широкими кроватями). Всегда чисто, тепло, комфортно, в номерах есть все необходимое ( мини-бар за оплату). Отель находится в относительно тихом месте. Хороший завтрак! Есть небольшая парковка перед зданием. Рекомендую!

Останавливаюсь уже пятый раз в этом отеле ( в семейном двухкомнатном и однокомнатном номерах). Чисто, тепло, приветливый персонал (подскажут где можно погулять и вкусно покушать). Хорошее расположение отеля, есть небольшая парковка перед центр. входом в отель ( бронируйте место заранее). Вкусный завтрак, неплохой ассортимент. Рекомендую!
