Оставались на одни сутки. Номер хороший, но бронировали с балконом, а его не оказалось. Душ работает не очень, но в целом номер хороший. Завтрак очень вкусный. Прям очень порадовали. Рядом с отелем огромный торговый центр. И до аэропорта ехать минут 20. С северного автовокзала так же.

I expected much more from this hotel. The service was careless and unprofessional — staff showed no attention to guests’ needs and offered no apology when problems occurred. The room was not properly cleaned, and several amenities were missing or broken. Communication with reception was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the experience felt far below the standard this hotel advertises. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

Low standards of hygien, bad smell when you enter a room. Bedsheet was with unpleasant smell, mold in bathroom, carpet was full of dust.

⚠️ Warning to other travelers ⚠️ This hotel is absolutely not worth the price or the 4-star rating it claims. • The toilet was filthy, with visible stains and a strong urine smell (see photo). • The shower and sink were leaking all over the floor, and everything was full of mold. • No soundproof at all — you hear every noise from outside and other rooms. • There was no staff at reception to help. • When staff finally appeared in the morning, they were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
