維拉艾麗斯酒店(Vila Iris)

Good location, service and price. Clean room, breakfast available. Very close to international airport. I was satisfied with provided service. Recommend for short overnight stay in Chisinau. Andy’s restaurant on opposite side of the boulevard.

So this place is not in the heart of Chisinau. It is on Dacia Boulevard. However it has a great location. From here you can walk to Andy's a 5 star good resteraunt we ate there maybe eight times. Also a huge Linella, grocery store and currency exchange is across the road. We would buy our water, snacks, and sunscreen there and exchange euros there. Also there is an OTP Bank ATM right next to Villa Iris which was super easy to use. You can easily also walk to an amazing bakery Vanille and the Botanical Garden Park. However the great amazing stuff is only a $5 cab ride away. They'd charge us maybe 30-70 lei and we would just always leave the 100 lei bill as a tip. The places Im talking about are: Stephen Cel Mare Park, Cathedral Park, Museum of History, Valea Morilor Park, and the Dendrarium Park. The breakfast at Villa Iris is free but not great but if you want great just walk across the street to Andy's. The front desk worker Nina is amazing she will help with any question and she is very good with English. They also offer affordable laundry services to guests. They could use more house keepers I think they have one very busy lady cleaning all the rooms and they should hire more cleaners. The mattress was a very firm mattress in the room we were in. Nina their front desk worker is one of the best I've ever seen in the business. Also as a travel tip install Go Yandex or Itaxi on your phone and also check out Show Me Around local tour guide website. We hired a lady thru there and she drove us outside of Chisinau to the rural areas on two separate day trips very nice.

Very convenient location for people who need a break before or after flights. So close to the airport. The only problem is that there is no elevator and if you get there late you will have to carry your bags by yourself. Not cool if your room is on the third floor.

Small hotel, very new, next to the airport. Last time I booked at Booking they abruptly canceled the booking with written message. Then, their prices over the phone were higher than online and they also warned that rooms are not available, despite the booking info. So now I just booked over the phone and got my room. It was small but ok. Bed a bit too hard. Shelf would help at the shower and door could close better. Biggest problem we’re morning noises from the street if the window was open. So ask for rear room or use aircon Breakfast was very good

Выбрала данную гостиницу на одну ночь ,так как в Кишиневе была транзитом ,по пути в Кишинев нам сообщили что нас переселяют в гостиницу данной компании ,но адресс другой Хотя изначально выбрала гостиницу,так как находится рядом с аэропортом ,а другая гостиница находилась за 40 мин.Но выбора не было и мы с семьей согласились После отдыха за границей ,на обратном пути мы так же остановились в Vila Iris ,но уже наперёд оплатили номер ,чтоб не было проблем …но приехав в гостиницу ,мы пол часа не могли заселится ,они искали нас в списках Я так поняла ,что практикуется переселение в другой филиал ,когда у людей не остаётся выбора … С нами переписывался менеджер и они были не в курсе Завтрак 5€ ,все бы ничего ,выбор конечно ни какой ,но не входит кофе и чай ,Я впервые с этим сталкиваюсь В номере было чисто ,кондиционер работал ,тут вопросов нет Хочется чтоб Вы приняли меры по нормальной взаимосвязи менеджеров с вашими сотрудниками или как проходят у вас записи клиентов …

A reserva foi para a minha sogra. O hotel não oferece serviço de transporte do aeroporto ao contrario do que anunciado. Não tem elevador e também não tinha a reserva e exegiu que fosse pago na moeda local.

Location was great. Room has a balcony and small refrigerator. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Some smells in the room, but not sure from what whether cleaning agents or from someone smoking in the room despite it being a non-smoking room. Also was not able to adjust the heating unit. Room was small, but fine for our purposes.

Perfect stay. Extend our stay for 2 hours without payment. Great experience!
