非常好的飯店。安靜，但離旅遊區不遠。不要認為這裡有停車場，因為我的計程車必須在路邊的一個小區域等我，但這是可以管理的。但別以為司機能等太久。樓下有一家餐廳，我認為這家餐廳的經營方式與旅館老闆不同。因此沒有客房服務，也不能向房間收費。但食物很好！

aspectos positivos - 1 - Localização - 3 quadras da praca pirincipal, local seguro 2 - cafe da manha razoável 3 - quarto limpo aspectos negativos - 1 -nao houve em nenhum momento nenhuma empatia dos funcionários tanto ao chegar, em apenas falar o básico e ao sair e pedir uma ajuda pra um taxi 2 - quarto péssimo, cheiro ruim no quarto 3 - banheiro com agua vazando pelo boxe (303), cheiro ruim a toda hora. Descemos pra falar com recepção e nao tinha ninguem 4 - esta longe de ter as estrelas ou ser um hotel butique, para nos deixou a desejar

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte auf mich zum Teil lustlos. Der Fitnessraum ist leider unbrauchbar, da das beworbene Laufband nicht vorhanden ist und der Crosstrainer defekt war. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das dortige Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten waren gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist top.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist lecker und man hat eine große Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiterinnen dort sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Das Housekeeping könnte etwas sorgfältiger sein, die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption etwas freundlicher.

I stayed in a double room on the 3rd floor. Between the end of June 2023 to the beginning of July 2023. The facility seemed to have been recently refurbished, and was in an excellent state of repair, and cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of items to select from, and changed from day to day. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and could not have done enough for me. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, clean lobby. They have Italian coffee capsules and tea facilities in the room. Mini bar for a decent price. They have self-service laundry just for 2 EUR washer and another 2 eur for a dryer. Detergent was free. The room has a google watch, wireless phone charger, free water, and very delicious wine for only $10 per bottle. Breakfast is well done and for $1.5 you can upgrade your morning coffee to cappuccino or americano. I used to drink their regular coffee. It is also good but it was brewed 1 hour before I came to breakfast. It was warm, and fresh, no issues, but I personally like European-style fresh coffee. They have oatmeal, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, fresh cheese, Italian dry sausages, nice fresh fruits and vegetables. I cannot complain at all. Everything is fresh and well packaged. Honey, Nutella, jelly, ketchup, etc... individually packaged and nicely served. Service is exceptional, check-in took me less than a minute. The location is perfect. I got the right service for a decent price.

1. Clean and nice rooms. 2. Nice staff 3. Nice food and dessert. !!! Even though the reservation on booking said that breakfast was included , it wasn't. (7 euro) !!! The breakfast was poor😔 !!! Parking not included (5 euro a day) , but You can park somwhere near ( for free 🙃)

Parking is available on the neighboring streets free of charge or on a private parking next to the hotel for a nominal fee. Очень хороший отель. Очень чистый, приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Очень комфортный номер. Очень удобное расположение, много парков вокруг. Единственное, что не понравилось, это архитектура душевой кабинки. Без возможности закрыть ее пол ванной комнаты постоянно мокрый после приема душа, как бы его не принимать. Во всем остальном отеле очень понравился. Большая благодарность персоналу и управляющим. Отдыхали семьей (я, супруга и сын). Если кому будет интересно наше мнение, очень рекомендую данный отель для проживания.

4 friends stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Chisinău to watch Scotland play Moldova. The rooms are luxurious and enormous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a stylish hotel in a great location within walking distance of key highlights in Chisinau. The rooms are well-appointed and look fresh and appealing. The bed was comfortable which was positive. There is a restaurant onsite, which was fantastic and I would recommend visiting even if not staying at the hotel. Overall the service wasn't particularly friendly. On asking for an additional towel (there were only two in the room), reception insisted they must bring the towel up rather than give one to us, this never arrived.

Excellent experience in this very well appointed hotel right in the heart of the center. I had a single room which was roomy, very clean and with a great quality bed and linen. The staff was friendly and professional, the location really convenient with several parks nearby and tons of cafes and restaurants. Bonus feature, they have a great adjacent to the hotel but you may need to reserve in advance particularly on the weekend nights. They also have a wine shop, the Traditional method sparking brut "Divus" is really something. Breakfast was ok, enough options and good latte. I used the Yandex app for transport but I am sure they can arrange transport to and from the airport. Wifi was very fast. All in all highly recommended and would certainly stay again

This was our first time in Chisinau and the Thomas Albert Hotel was definitely one of the reasons for our very positive impression. Upon our arrival and check-in, we were informed that we were upgraded (free of charge) to the best rook in the hotel. This was a penthouse suite, which was very nice looking, huge, and had anything you might want or need. We loved the location and the neighbourhood, many good restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Finally, the hotel has one of the best restaurants in town at -1 level. It's called Divus and we cannot stress out how amazing the food is. Just go there and try it yourself - especially if you are a wine lover

While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free super high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps!) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages and also comes with a built-in Android TV to treat yourself to all kinds of streaming apps!
