Stay was perfect except Hilton and ********** have to get their act together. I made sure we had certain specifications (bath tub) and when we got there they said no and that I could t change anything bc it was a third party reservation. Hotels “said” I should have the tub but Hilton wouldn’t comply and I was caught in the middle. Finally Hilton relented which they could have done immediately. This happened at my other Hilton reservation as well.

Charged extra at check in for the dog .room had a constant humming noise and no water in the room

From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left was one of our best hotel experiences. Jackson at the front desk at check it was efficient and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were super cozy. Sad our stay was less than ten hours.

Really impressed with how clean and quiet this hotel was. We loved the workout facility all the machines seemed new and clean. Only complaint is that the indoor Pool (which was the reason we chose the hotel) was not open until 9am and we really wanted to swim before getting back on the road. I would think that homewood suites is a hotel or business travelers who have to work at 9, dont understand why it has such a late opening.

If you are taking a long trip from deep north to south or vice versa, its a great pitstop in the middle. It has everything you need for a recharge to continue. My family will be making this a stop.

Parking space is inadequate when the hotel is at full capacity. Adjacent to the hotel is Fairfield Inn which uses the same parking spaces that appear to belong to Homewood Suites.

Breakfast was lacking compared to other Hilton properties we stayed at on this trip. No protein other than processed scrambled eggs whereas other properties all had various proteins and omelettes.

Great friendly staff! We happen to stay on a Wednesday when they have a free social evening with food and cocktails. A very nice surprise! Kids loved the pool! Very nice and will stay here again!
