SureStay Hotel by Best Western Christiansburg Blacksburg

They overcharge you and give you the run around when you call for a refund. They were not very friendly at check in and all night there were loud drunk people that kept us up. Not a stop you want to make.

Very disappointing for the price When you spend $780 for 2 nights you would think that it would be a better quality room. The kitchen was in the middle of the room between the two beds. The carpet on the floor looked like it was from 1970 and beds were uncomfortable and the whole room and bath room were outdated and trashy looking

We had 2 rooms. One did not have a safety lock on the door, the other had a clogged toilet when we got there. We checked in a bedtime so by the time we noticed the toilet was clogged we were just ready to go to sleep. When I let them know the next morning, they said they couldn’t change us to another room since we had already stayed one night and offered to give me a plunger. Uh no. They did end up plunging the toilet while we were out for the day. It’s dated and not particularly clean and the staff was helpful or even particular polite.

We’ve stayed here several times. Always clean and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and Virginia Tech.

All was excellent, except for the heater, which wasn't maintained and the thermostat wasn't working. It kept us up because it was too hot, then too cold.....we wont be coming back

First of all it is clean. Moderate breakfast with good service. One thing to repair is that hair dryer is not working but do not have time to tell front desk.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in which I found the room not very clean. First time I found used toiletries on top of the shower this time I found a used coffee pod in the coffee maker and a water bottle under the bed. Gives me an uneasy feeling wondering if the linens are clean.
