海可酒店 - 城市精品(Hercor Hotel - Urban Boutique)

The room is clean l, but it is around the railway and the road, so not so quiet. Besides the quietness, the hotel is good for quick stay.

My husband and I were there for a concert at the Chula Vista Amphitheatre. We hoped to stay closer, but the closer we got the worse the hotels. Not knowing the area, we didn't want to chance it. I came across the Hercor hotel and looked pretty cool and had great reviews. I went with it. There were other concert goers staying here too, thinking the same as us probably. Anyhow we checked in as usual, girl at the front was very friend and professional. We get to our room and literally looked like someone just took a nap on the bed, desk chair pulled out, toilet paper in the toilet, and the roll messed up. Pretty bummed, but called downstairs right away and they gave us a new room. Much better. One thing I do want to rave about it the shower, loved it. Rain shower.

El lavabo del hotel estaba muy sucio, parecía vomitado. No me dieron otra habitación porque no tenían. Después hubo una pelea a un lado de mi habitación y pedí descuento para otra noche, solo me pudieron ofrecer una botella de vino que no acepté. Quedaron de darme un descuento pero hasta el momento no se han comunicado

When I arrived, I paid for the room and then went up to my room on the second floor. I could not turn on any lights. There were light switches, but they did not work. So I went back to the office and they said that you had to insert the card on a holder on the wall for the lights to work. How am I supposed to see or know where such a thing is? The desk clerk did not bother to tell me. So then I tried turning on the TV. No internet connection. Again, the desk clerk came up to my room and after about 1/2 hour, she had the TV working. I turned it off a little later and when I turned it back on, the same problem. But, at that point, I did not bother to call the desk clerk again. No internet connection. All in all, a very upsetting experience. I would never stay in that Hotel again.

Worst service from any establishment in my life. I had to cancel a trip as there was a HURRICANE on its way to this area so I wanted to at least reschedule just so I didn’t have to travel into an actual storm. And no matter who I contacted whether is was my bank or the 3rd party booking service, not a single dime could have been refunded or even credited. So I completely wasted money on a week long trip for 3 people. I would recommended any other location that has even an ounce of consideration/flexibility for its customer.

Un buen hotel con buenas instalaciones… casi perfecto PERO… si te toca con vista a la calle… es INSOPORTABLE el ruido de los carros… se escucha como estar afuera… difícil dormir con tanto ruido.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuit à cette hôtel le personnel était super. Le stationnement facile d’accès et le petit déjeuner parfait pour commencer la journée. La chambre était au goût du jour, le seul point négatif est que nous entendons ce qui ce passe chez nos voisins et le bruit de l’autoroute située tout près

Al llegar al hotel me pidieron mi tarjeta y me hicieron un cargo de 100 dólares el cual me dijeron que me devolverían al salir y hasta este momento no he recibido este, al preguntarle a la señorita recepcionista como estaría el movimiento me contestó molesta y no me dio solución a mi pregunta diciéndome que solamente me cobrarían el desayuno que fueron 50 dólares y la diferencia cuando me La depositarían a lo cual me Ignoro, ya que estaba ansiosa por atender a otros huéspedes que en su momento estaba instalándose en el hotel. Me gustaron las instalaciones pero no el Servicio que daban, contestando molestas e ignorando a los visitantes. Mi pregunta es, quien puede apoyarme ante esta situación??

The place had terrible wifi service. This included no TV as they only have streaming services. Receptionist was unsympathetic and merely said it was an issue and nothing could be done.
