丘吉爾Comfort Suites酒店

We stayed here twice in Sept. 2023. We require an accessible room due to my disability. The first time we were given a room (312) in the back building which seems to be mostly occupied by long term guests. The room was horrible--missing towel rod, missing toilet paper holder, loose toilet seat... also a very sketchy looking hole in the ceiling, probably from an old smoke alarm but couldn't shake the feeling that there may have been a camera up there! The room had a spacious roll-in shower, but no shower chair. When we inquired if they had any, we were told a curt, ”No.” We had stayed here a year or so ago and had a better experience, so decided to book another room for our return trip. This room was in the front section, but my husband had to argue with the attendant for 15 minutes, since the promised room had been given away to family or friends of the manager, which she said if his prerogative. I had specifically reserved a room with the grab bar to the left of the toilet, due to my disability. So we ended up with a room with the grab bar on the opposite side and a tub/shower which didn't really matter since I hadn't planned to shower anyway since there are no shower chairs and I'm not able to stand to shower. I don't believe they should be able to advertise accessible rooms without shower chairs being provided. At least the maintenance in this room was better than the other one, so we had a place to stay the night, but won't be staying again. Cleanliness wasn't bad except for the floor, which was filthy. Laminate floors seem like they would be so easy to clean compared to carpets, but these hadn't seen a mop in a long time.

I would 110% recommend anyone to stay at this hotel for either business or personal and I will definitely be back! Great and strong wifi. The room was super clean, modern, very nice, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious and it was super quiet with no sleep disturbances. Beyond Amazing customer service from every staff member from their housekeepers, their manager Terri and even the owner of the hotel were the most kind, helpful, sweet and caring people on this planet! They offered to do anything and everything for me - with any accommodation I needed they were there. If I called they answered right away.. The housekeepers, would check on me to ensure I had everything and beyond sweet and kind. Terri is the sweetest and most welcoming and amazing human being on this planet and is so passionate! :) Thank you for making my stay the best hotel stay yet!!! I along with other customers got snowed in due to a huge winter storm that hit in this area - it snowed about a foot if not more.. But it did not stop the hotel staff from giving phenomenal customer service despite them being snowed in as well. I've never seen such a great team of staff members who literally dug customers out of the snow and helped others who were stuck to make sure they got to their destination safely. They all made sure that everyone had food and were okay, to the point that the owner even offered to take me along with other customers anywhere to get anything that we would of needed and even offered dinner to us to ensure we ate! The owner went above and beyond not only for us customers but for his staff as well. I've never felt so safe before, they made me feel like family! The owner and his staff even were so kind to shovel a pathway around my car, and in front to make sure that I can get out early tomorrow morning! :) I've never met an owner who would do the things he did for us customers, truly treated us like family and I will definitely be back!!!
