What a fabulous resort! Settled along a beach, this adults-only resort is all about the water, with oceanside dining, a spa, restaurants and more. The restaurants are really good, we enjoyed every meal. The advice is to book some of them way ahead of time. Staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Rooms are clean and has everything you could need on a vacation.

My expectations were high following my online research about the residence and what can I say! They were exceeded! We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of October and it was our first visit to Türkiye. It was absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped in to the lobby to check in until the moment we checked out. We booked a Lakehouse suite with terrace which for us was worth every penny. The room was huge and immaculately clean with one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Lakehouse’s also come with butler service through the day with nothing being too much trouble. We also had a small terrace with access to the lagoon style pool with private loungers and a fully stocked cool box by the side of our Lakehouse. The property is absolutely spotless though out and the attention to detail is evident in the little touches here and there. The Residence has relaxed Spa type atmosphere and is so laid back and chilled. The staff are the biggest asset everyone we spoke to was so warm and friendly and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Special mention to the super bartender Ramazan and the staff at the Cuphea outdoor bar. Ramazan was first class making the best cocktails we had at the resort always smiling, recommending different things to try and teaching us a little Turkish phrases. Amazed at the amount of Baby Guinness he was able to turn around they were popular! I also liked the infused gins and vodkas used to create bespoke cocktails there really was something for everyone. The entertainment is in the form of live music 6 nights a week which was really enjoyable. Our personal favourites were Focus Acapella and Cem Moreno band. Food was delicious also with different themes each night. The food was so good that we didn’t really take up much of the offerings at the Sensatori next door which you also have full access to. We also booked a cabana for the day which was a nice experience. With the town of Fethiye nearby you can jump a taxi or book the water taxi which runs daily with the market being on a Tuesday. We lucked out with the weather as we were told it can rain quite a bit at the end of October but it was 28 degrees every day although chilly at night. From our experience here I can totally understand why people return every year it really is that good.

Op zich een prima hotel: personeel erg attent en aardig, eten prima, genoeg zwembaden, direct aan zee. Kamers schoon en netjes, bedden prima. Enige minpunt wat ons betreft: teveel ( voornamelijk Engelse) gasten die direct na het ontbijt al aan het drinken slaan, de hele dag door en met al de alcohol op steeds luidruchtiger worden.

Otel mükemmel personeller çok ilgili , 7/24 Alacarte mutfak açık, alkoller çok kaliteli. Cuma akşamı sahilde bulunan bardaki Ramazan bey ve Emrah bey inanılmaz ilgililerdi yoğunluğu çok güzel yönettiler. Gün içinde yasmin barda bulunan Hasan Hüseyin bey kokteylleri çok çok iyiydi. Cumartesi gece lobide bulunan KorayMert bey yine aynı şekilde çok ilgiliydi biz genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Bu yaz bitmeden bir kere daha ziyaret edeceğiz.

Having been to the sister hotel previously, we booked into The Residence when it first opened in 2019 and was absolutely blown away and immediately booked in again, COVID delayed that until this week and we’re gutted to say it’s a complete contrast to our first visit. The most noticeable difference is in the food; I don’t think there are very many items on the menus which match what is written. An example of this is in the photo’s from the Cuphea lunch menu which I’ve attached displaying the current menu, what we got served in 2019 and what has been served this week. A shocking difference. Furthermore there are various steak dishes of an evening dependant on the theme of the night which advertise different cuts of meat such as a fillet, tenderloin or Sirloin but you always get the exact same cut of thin tasteless ‘sizzle steak’ just in a different sauce. This is a common theme among most other types of meat as well this year - perhaps a cost saving exercise which hasn’t been passed onto the consumers? Both times we have stayed in the Lakehouse Suite which comes with a butler who will bring you drinks on request between 9am-6pm, in 2019 we were being brought drinks and treats every 30 mins on the dot, this time around we have been left waiting over 90 minutes for a drink, it was quicker to swim to the pool bar and get your own. This isn’t a huge issue in itself but renders the extra cost of the Lakehouse pointless. This is still on the whole a good hotel, with lots of staff who are mostly amazing but there is no reason to spend the extra money over the sister hotel anymore. We are only 4 days into our 11 day holiday and have already cancelled our planned visit for next year.

Her sene buradan ayrılırken bir sonraki geliş tarihimiz için heyecanlanmaya daha dönüş yolunda başlıyoruz. Başta Aslıhan Hanım olmak üzere Aykut Bey ve bize birbirinden güzel yiyecek ve içecekleri servis eden tüm F&B ekibine, Air Bistro'daki tüm etkinliklerde tertemiz sesler almamızı sağlayan Aytaç Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Henüz tatilimiz bitmedi, keşke hiç bitmese ama şimdiden bir sonraki gelişimizi iple çekmeye hazırlanıyoruz.

Absolutely amazing , lake house rooms are another level , private pool , staff are of the highest standard and so friendly , the food is amazing , we ate mostly in the 24 hr restaurant and I can honestly say the food and staff were top level , we did venture into the Buffett next door a couple of times but the restaurants are much more refined and less busy. The pools in the residence at beautiful, large and never over busy , a very good gym that is well equipped . This hotel is set to a high standard and definitely in my top 2 all time , my first visit to Turkey and really loved the people and this hotel really doesn’t disappoint , if you really want any thing negative it would say the Wi-Fi isn’t the best but hey it works , to sum this hotel up , luxurious, well run and a team that does absolutely everything to make your stay the best experience you can have , some times on these reviews people mention a certain member of staff who was amazing on their holiday but honestly if I did that it would be unfair to all the others as every single one of them gave 100percent , definitely worth a visit , Well done all of you and a big thank you to all of you for giving me the most wonderful holiday . A quick shout out to the lads in Milano a shop opposite selling all the fake gear , really good entertainment and great fun , worth a walk over just for the banter . Five star holiday worth every penny

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this hotel is, the al a carte food, the beautiful bedrooms, the communal areas and the best staff I have ever known in any hotel. Special shout out to the pool bar lads who make the best mudslides, Sefa in the lobby bar and the restaurant staff. All staff are fantastic and make your holiday extra special. We travelled with parents, my father in law is disabled and had a mobility scooter. I can honestly say I have never met such kind and caring staff and fellow guests. This hotel is a little piece of paradise and we even booked for next year whilst we were there. Thank you for your hospitality 🥰

Üçüncü gelişimiz yine çok çok memnun kalarak ayrılıyoruz. Gerçekten senemin en güzel anlarının geçtigi yer. Her sene dönmek için gün sayıyorum. Temizlik harika, hizmet de öyle. Yiyecek içecek yok yok zaten. Yemekler güzel çalışanlar dört dörtlük kibar ve güleryüzlü.
