非常整潔舒適

Good breakfast. The worst things are that there is no light near bench for suitcases. Can't see clothes. The other objection is that containers for soap at sunk are way too high and hardvtonuse. In shower, containers for shampoo, etc. are at eye height for me (5ft4in) and I got shot in eye by conditioner.

Overall ok for a quick stay. There were some door pieces on the elevator, coffee was out from time to time… the room shower drain was not working and that was not cool.

This property is convenient to the places we want to go to in Cincinnati. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good and friendly.

Didn’t like: lighting in room not placed in right places, no light at desk so I could read sitting down; TV remote not easy to use and no printed guide; light over And behind is a bad idea; faucet and drain in sink did not work properly in room 128; heat in room was 65 when we entered. And it took 35 minutes to warm it up to 75,

Pool was not operational and I found a dead spider on pillow. I would not have booked if I would have known the pool was not open. I had 2 kids on the stay with me who were excited about the pool. The staff told me I would get a $35 refund but when I called back they said they couldn’t.

I've visited this Hotel on many occasions and I Always have had a very nice stay. The whole experience was problem free and relaxing. And the Mger. Ruth is a very informative person that shows her Guest attention as well as making sure your stay was satisfied. I Give her 5 stars

Major water leak on main floor took away from the experience, but check-in and the staff were great.

Staff was friendly, but the pool was closed and that is not mentioned when booking. Also, two separate key pads for one computer.

I was there for Family Christmas dinner and it was very close to where i needed to be. I will stay there next year

The phone in the room we were assigned (207) was dead. The front entrance light blinked on and off 3 times a second. The bedside table had finish parts that were pealing off. We were assigned a new room (210). In that room, the desk lamp was dead. The telephone worked but no one answered. The television worked after a fashion after we figured out how to turn it on manually. It was a Sunday evening so the staff was not on duty. The hot breakfast was really excellent, and the staff tried to be helpful.

I made the trip to Cinncinati for a friends memorial service. Because the memorial began at 3, the normal check in time would not work for me. Holiday Inn Express was most accomodating in allowing me to get into my room at 12 noon. The room was absolutely spotless and the beds divinely comfortable. They had a coffee maker, microwave & mini-fridge in the room... everything a traveler needs.The employees were very kind and even helped me load up my car the next day! This place was nothing fancy, but just what was needed.

Needed to stay for 2 nights. The staff are friendly. There's a place on the first floor at least to refill your water bottle with filtered water. The place looks nice but it's clearly run done. The wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing off and dirty. The carpets were worn and spotty. The chair in the room was unusable as it clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. The beds were decent, slightly spotted sheets and a bit rough. We never got breakfast as there was always an issue with the kitchen so nothing ever got put out. The area is odd. It's literally right behind the upscale Summit. I will say this, as I've stayed in both. If you're on a budget, this will do just fine, the Summit is overpriced for the area and likely there for the people visiting the MedSpace that's at the bottom of the hill.
