The room was clean, but the nightstand lamp did not work. The TV had no instructions and took a bit of fooling to get something to watch. I would have liked if there were extra pillows available in the wardrobe cabinet. My husband said he was impressed with the breakfast that was available.

Nice hotel

Clean and quiet. Only issue was the breakfast area opened late both days. May not seem like much but there were quite a few workers who rely on that to be open at a specific time in order to get to work on time. Also, they woul ld not give me a paper reciept, which I need for work. The said this was because I booked through *******, makes no sense. Every other hotel always has.

Quick Overnight Stay It was just for one night but my stay was enjoyable. Check in was quick. Our room was missing an ice bucket and the front desk quickly helped us get one, so they resolve problems expeditiously. The bed was comfortable. The blanket was so warm and cozy! I have no complaints about our stay.

Bed Bug I stayed at this facility from March 1 March 2 one night, myself and two sons. My youngest son complained about something crawling on him at night. Couldn’t find it, however in the morning. We seen a bug crawling around on the bed. I went to the front desk after taking pictures. The gentleman at the front stated that they have to do an investigation. He then proceeded to give me his general manager‘s card. I reached out to the general manager. I left a detailed message via email about the situation.

They didn't cancel our reservation like the front desk said they would. We stayed in Columbus because their pool was open. I hope you refund the almost $300. Since we didn't see the hotel room at all. We checked in and right back out when front desk said your pool was under construction

This property was under construction! It would have been nice for them to let us know before we booked. The pool and gym were both closed during our stay due to remodeling. Also there were construction vehicles parked along the road. The employees were less than helpful. We felt as though we were inconveniencing them by asking questions.

Good points-nice hot shower, comfortable bedding. Good coffee in the room. Less than desirable points-terrible TV. No idea what it was as the remote was missing when I checked in. I requested one and finally after awhile I went down to the desk to get one however it didn't match the actual stations so I had no idea what I was watching. Also there was no local news available. The reason for my stay was inclement weather so that was inconvenient. Overall my stay served it's purpose but I didn't feel it held up to the IHG brand
